Evenly smear your nails (Please choose thin or thick powder according to your favorite. The effect is different) and Rubbing back and forth many times. NOTE - RUBBING until you satisfied the effect.5. Add 2nd Top coat then cured by LED/UV light. Finish You can only get the effect under the sunshine or light.
