Nice Size capacity and Works Great!
I am really happy with this. I like to ride my bike to work everyday and I go out through the garage. I used to have to keep the garage door remote in my bag when riding (a sports bag). However, it got old having to fish it out (especially when your hands are cold and you got on gloves) and open the garage or (even worse) getting ready to go and the bag hits the bike saddle and the garage starts opening again... I looked at getting the remote garage door openers that have a code and go on the wall, but they were expensive. So I got this! This was pretty cheap (about $20) and worked perfectly.I first got the MasterLock one that is similar, I was hoping it would work since it had a spin combination that required the combination to be entered in sequence, but it had such a large locking mechanism that it would not hold the garage door opener (would not even hold a car key). So I got this, it was my second choice, but it is super nice! This is solid metal and feels solid when you are holding it, it is also pretty heavy. The inside dimensions are a nice size and I can easily fit an emergency house key the garage door opener and have some room for a few other keys.It is pretty easy to setup, I did have to read the instructions and would not have figured it out otherwise, you have to use the little plastic key thing to unlock the numbers that are allowed to be entered to unlock it. You can enter more than 4 numbers but for security you should stick to 4. Once I had it setup I used the included screws to mount it to the wall. The screws did the job, they were a little soft, but I put a starter hole (in thick wood) with a drill bit and they went in and a little force got them all the way in. The unit feels secure on the wall! The unit is mechanical, so it just requires the 4 numbers to be entered in any order (it essentially locks them down until the reset is hit or the open is pushed down), so you would not want to use more than 4 or it would be easier for someone to guess the numbers. The unit does lock as soon as the unlock piece is released, so you either have to hold it while you have it open, or just put the code in again when you get ready to close it (this is what I do).I do have the unit under the garage edge but it still gets wet. I have not had any issue with water in the unit or humidity. The thing is not waterproof so heavy rain could wind up getting inside. Where I live it hardly rains and when it does it is a mist or light rain, so this was not an issue. This thing is very sturdy and feels secure so I think anyone who attempted to get it in would have a hard time (with the right tools you can get into anything), but the normal thief will not be able to get into this, so I am happy with it. Plus the issue of the combo guessing it not too much of a concern, since it would take them a while to guess it (luck) and hopefully someone would question why some random person is behind my garage; truthfully, if someone wanted to get in, it would be best to just pry it off the wall and take it with them to drill open. However, I do not see that happening, and again someone would hopefully question why someone is prying something off my garage. In the end this does the job and worked exactly as I wanted it to. If security is your primary concern, this is not the best option, but really, nothing in this category would be. This is secure and can hold a lot more than the competitors!!! I am happy with this and this makes my life much easier (plus it holds an emergency key if we get locked out, much better than hiding it under the mat!).

Easy to use
You can use this for family if you need them to have access into your house or EMS. Program a code and woila they havecaccess. You can change the code any time and it is better than a key rock.

Security is better with some strategy, good for safely storing keys and paperwork on board a boat.
I went with the KeyGuard SL-590 because I needed a keybox that was deep enough to fit the registration for both a boat & trailer, a national park pass and several keys as there are 3 of us who regularly take the boat out. This was the only keybox I could find that could hold credit card sized objects, folded paperwork in a plastic bag AND several keys, with a locking mechanism flat enough where it went inside the box not to take up too much of the space. So only a keypad type box would work, and I was not able to find a deeper box than this one.I had originally bought the model with the heavy rubber cover and had to return it because the mounting hardware was missing. So I replaced it with the regular model (sans rubber cover) as it's mounted in a relatively protected area on the boat. I didn't like the rubber cover as it looked problematic for mounting to a flat surface, though it did look like it would protect the key box well enough in bad weather! As for security, there are 11 items (not 10) on the keypad - 0-9 & star (*)! So the possible combos are 330 when using 4 digits due to digits not repeating and can be typed in any order. But there are also ways to obfuscate and make it harder for someone to crack it, such as using a combination with more or less than 4 digits. The idea is that the person trying to guess the combination not only has to get the items in the combination correct, they have to get the number of items correct as well. So while using a 3 digit combination has fewer possibilities (165 possible combos), someone expecting a 4 digit combination would never be able to hit on the correct combination.Same is true using a 5 digit combo with 462 possibilities, again a person expecting a 4 digit combination would never get it right.Interestingly enough a 6 digit combo has only 462 possibilities too, and the number of possible combos goes down from there. So a 5 digit combination seems to be optimal (including ease in memorizing it), though few would expect a 6 digit code giving you even more obfuscation with the same chance of guessing it randomly as with a 5 digit combo. I kind of wish they had the hashtag (#) such as some of the Master keyboxes do, as that would increase the possible combinations by a decent amount (12 items rather than 11, giving you 792 combo with 5 digits or 924 possibilities with 6 digits).Oh well, I needed a deep box and only this one worked for me, and as I point out above the box can be made even more secure if you use a little strategy with your combination!
