An amazing book.Teaches you many drawing/sketching techniques.

This is one the best book a beginner can buy but it is not for all beginners. If you want to learn to construct, buy Andrew Loomis's "Fun with Pencil" but if you want to learn to see and observe the world around you and draw that, then definitely buy this book. This is one of those books that you can come back to for many years.The exercises in this were extremely opposite to my style, very free and loose drawings, I liked the change.Highly recommended.
