I love this shawl book. I would wear just about every shawl in this book because they fit my non-fussy, wear anywhere wardrobe and lifestyle. I’m almost finished with Harvest Moon Wrap, and it’s been a quick, relaxing knit.

Looks like the perfect knitting book for shawls and wraps. In many books, they only show the shawl wrapped around someone and you can't tell the shape of the shawl. In the description, and directions, there is a drawing of the shape of the shawl. I really like this feature. I can't wait to finish my holiday projects so I can start something in this book.

The designs are pretty, I enjoyed the author’s charming introductions to each pattern and section. I have two complaints, the photo are very small and there are no charts, all instructions are written out.

I have Marie's first book on sweaters so I thought I'd give this one a try. Like her sweater patterns, these work up quickly and are beautiful. I've finished one and am nearly done with another, Christmas is going to be happy for a couple of my friends.

Well worth the wait! I just love Marie’s patterns! They are so well written that a new knitter can figure them out. So many tips are included. Made the sugarplum cowl first and am working on the forager capelet next.

As always the patterns are well written and so beautiful! Hard to decide which I one to make first! Finally decided in the Blizzard Funnel Wrap as a Christmas present! Well worth purchasing.

Great patterns, easy to follow clear instructions. Love the patterns.Unfortunately the quality of the book is terrible hence the 2 stars. I’ve use it twice and I’ve been careful with the book, but the pages have all fallen out of the spine. I’m unable to return it as I’ve ticked off the rows. Really disappointing quality.

I started straight away knitting one of the shawls. The patterns are great but the pages are coming loose and I’ve only just got the book.

I bought this book because I thought the shawls were great and they looked easy. I have finished 2 shawls both of which were problematic.nthe pattern was easy but the needle sizes and gauges she uses definitely do not work out. I also discovered several typos which added to my confusion. I have been a knitter for over 50 years and have never come across this problem in so many different patterns. Definitely not a book for beginners.

This book has some nice ideas and the patterns would be ideal to make as presents for other people
