Easy to assemble, bigger than I thought and good and solid

Bought this to put under our stairs to store coats and keys and sunglasses and such. It is perfect for that. Assembly was done just by me and took about an hour. Instructions were ok to follow. All pieces were included and in good shape (one small nick but I didn't mind). The hanging rail is the best part - you attach it to the wall first and you *must* put it in a stud because this is heavy. The nice thing is that you can screw it anywhere along the rail to hit the stud. Pro tip - when you are predrilling for the screws put a piece of masking tape over where you are going to drill - this reduces the chance of chipping the surface. The hardest part is lifting the piece up to lay it on the hanging rail - this thing is heavy and I needed help (5'3" woman here). Pleased with my purchase.

Overall I love the finish product but it took a lot of work getting it on the wall. The wood that screws to the wall and holds up the shelf doesn't have any pre-drilled holes, though I understand that allows you to line up the studs, but it was so difficult to drill threw the wood, drywall, and the stud with the nails they provided. I ended up having to use a hammer drill and different screws that didn't strip as easy.But once I finally dropped the shelf on the wall all frustration melted away...it looked amazing!

Parts were not labeled which was annoying. The wood is pressed wood and chips easily. It looks nice and once it was put together seems sturdy. Not the highest quality but will serve its purpose well.

I’m so happy with this shelf. When I walk into my entryway now, I am so happy! It looks beautiful, and I’ve gotten so many compliments in just a few days. The instructions were really easy and on my own, it took me about an hour to put it together. I did need help mounting it.

It is all pressed wood, but very sturdy and the mounting is easy

Great quality and easy to order! The wood used was great quality as we could see in the stained portion. The stain used really brought out the wood grain, so beautiful! Every detail was remembered, down to providing the items to hang it with!

2 PCs were broken, but put it together anyhow, it looks fine, use paint to cover the broke pieces.
