Q: Which size for a girl wearing sz 6 in clothing?

I would go with normal sizing although if you're able to take a size up you should. Got it for my 4 year old, size 4-5 and fit well just that it's a bit exact. She loves it though. And the smell comment seems a bit extra, whilst it did have a scent, and still does it wasn't bad. Smells like regular plastic to me.

Q: My package says it was delivered and I’ve never received it .

Have you checked with your neighbors every once in a while packages is delivered on somebody else’s doorstep? If you have and they don’t have the package I would call Customer Service and explain to them that it says it was delivered and it wasn’t and they should help you get the problem solved I hope this helps

I would say it's mostly aesthetic - it does hold moisture well but I wouldn't say it provides warmth.
