This is excellent coffee, and I like that it is tested for molds and other mycotoxins. I have recently learned that they can be an issue in coffee, because it is shade-grown in damp climates.The taste is delicious and truly easy on the stomach due to its low-acid quality.Highly recommended, and worth the price.

We love this super smooth coffee! Yes, it’s pricey but not having mold or toxins is important and hard to find - we decided to use this as our “weekend coffee” as a treat.

HUGE fan of this coffee!! So smooth & incredible flavor.

I had to use twice what I normally use of my other brand to get the coffee to be as strong as I liked. It has an okay flavor, decent aroma. I will finish the bag but will not purchase more. Wanted something new, this caused a lot, but that's my bag.

I really enjoy this coffee when it's vacuum sealed properly. I've been buying this for probably a month or so. I picked it out as it was a more affordable option for coffee tested for micro toxins and mold as well as being low acid. The first package I received was sealed very tight meaning the grounds were not moving in the bag and the bag didn't budge when squeezed. It was delicious and when we finished it, I bought more. The second bag was not as tightly sealed as the first and I noticed the flavor was not as bold. Out of each order, only 2 have had well sealed bags and I buy bother the dark roast and the medium roast.If each bag was consistently sealed tight I would give this 5 stars.

Great coffee

This is the WORST coffee I’ve ever had. Tastes like watery decaf. Normally I use a French press with Trader Joe’s coffee, and I like it strong and flavorful. Wanted to try some more expensive “clean” coffee and this was a huge disappointment. I got a headache after drinking it because it barely even had any caffeine. I had to make a cup of my normal coffee afterward just to get the headache to go away. Is it decaf? Or have barely any caffeine? Totally awful experience. ALSO, the expiration date on the bag is only a few months away in Sept 2021. Normally when I buy coffee at the store the expiration date is in a couple years because it’s a fresh batch. It says 2018 on the packaging - So it’s that old, from 2018?! (See photo of the packaging where is says 2018 like that’s when it was packaged). So it looks like they made the batch in 2018 and they’re still trying to sell it all off before it expires this year. (See photo it says it expires in September 2021). So even if I liked it I’d only have a couple months left to even drink it before it expires. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Good thing I pay for Amazon Prime because I returned and got my money back. Don’t fall for the hype and do not buy. I feel bad leaving this review because I normally like to support small businesses but there is just no excuse for this and I felt cheated. Maybe this review will get them to make a new batch and stop selling off the gross old stuff.
