The fabric is much better than the cheap Aleko awnings I purchased a few years ago. They are all shredded now. The fabric appears to be a thick canvas and it looks like it will last longer. Time will tell, but these awnings are pretty high quality. One final note, I have noticed that they keep the house much cooler so that I don't have to run my air conditioner.

A real value for the money and was extremely easy to install

Mounting was a learning experience. The first one, brown, was difficult to mount, but the second one, green, was a breeze. Both are high quality, handsome and much appreciated.

So disappointed. Product went up easily and looked great. Within 3 weeks, I noticed the black started looking washed out. I though it was dusty. I hadn’t had a chance to install the second adjacent one yet as it is a rental property and my time to make repairs is limited. Got both installed within a month of each other and they didn’t even look like they were the same awning because the first one had faded so much. Now, 3 months after installing them, the fabric looks terrible. Did not perform well outside AT ALL!

It work great keeping the sun out of my kitchen but definitely not a beginner project to install. It looks wonderful from outside and we are very pleased!

I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of these awnings as well as the ease of installation. I am 91 years old and I put them up in one afternoon. The instructions are terrible but fortunately it is pretty simple to tell how they go together. A tip. Put the back rail in the awning and install on the wall before putting the side and front pieces in place. This keeps the frame out of the way while you attach the back to the wall.

It looks nice & helps block the bright sunlight on hot days. This product doesn't have proper UV coating or treatment. It will fade to light color in 2yrs. I've owned 5 of them & they're all doing the same. However, it gets worse from there. On windy days, storms or other strong gusts, the faded shades fabric will rip & tear easily. I had to order replacement for 2 already. So, these can be used more effectively if you don't have strong winds or really hot/bright sunlight.

Priced right, arrived on time, well packaged and intact. Frame and hardware are well made and seem quite sturdy.This is the 48” version replaces our previous 24” version which lasted 5 years facing south in the Florida sun. The twenty-four inch version was no longer offered, but this 48” awning balances aesthetically over our single 24” glass-block window on a long, other-wise windowless wall. Very pleased!
