Just as expected!!!!!

Interesting concept. I love to use the rowing machine at my local gym. This was an interesting read, I wish there was more substance to it. Maybe something about the history and more on health benefits.

This is not a bad book at all, and, not having sculled before, certainly gives a quick overview. However, besides rowing technique, I had hoped for some general equipment information as well, which was not part of the book.

Good instructions for someone looking to pick up rowing.
