Assessing Reading: Multiple Measures for Kindergarten Through Twelfth Grade (The Core Literacy Library)

I had to get this book for a course in reading, but now that I have it I will not be sending it back. I will be keeping it and very possibly making use of it, and some of the great suggestions it has inside. There are assessments that any teacher can use with their student(s) to discover exactly what the student is missing and/or needing to improve reading; areas such as comprehension, fluency, etc. This is a gold mine of information. It is a bit pricey but well worth it.

Goes great with Ortin-Gillingham Approach!

Arkansas R.I.S.E. Reading instructors recommended this book for good reason, it has the reading assessments that teachers need in one book. Many friends after seeing mine have gone on to order this book.
