The lights themselves are great. Nice and bright, very pretty. But the remote is a pain in the butt. Turning the lights on and off is fine, not changing the settings is nearly impossible. It seems every button does something different each time it's pressed, just trying to find the setting I wanted was a nightmare, and of course there was no guide to help make sense of it.

I got these to set on a timer, not realizing because of the pandemic and other things that the new ones don’t have the chip in them to remember their settings. I understand, but it’s still disappointing. Especially since I’m sensitive to flashing lights and I have to flip through all the flashing settings before I finally get to the steady setting - every day -. But otherwise, a good set of lights. Haven’t tested them in rain, I have them set up in my quail coop so they have light in the darker months.

Positives- lots of bright lights , heavy enough cords, connectable, cost effective, versatile, different setting setting options . Negative- you can only connect up to 3 sets .

The lights are good quality was hoping they would remember where it was last set when shut off -nope ! also there is no remote . So I spent $29.95 on this only to spend another $14.95 on a new adapter that fit this with a remote from a different place prob the same place making extra $$$. Light pattern alternator glitches every time I plug it it. Asked the supplier for an adapter that leaves all lights on and was left in the dark. Really frustrated. I don't know how there are so many 5 star reviews..

used led lights on padio looks great

Purchased these lights to replace incandescent string lights in a home music studio. They are a little brighter than expected due to the clear string, but still give the room a nice soft glow. The issue and it’s a big one: the annoying flash feature. The switch defaults to strobe mode every time the lights are turned on. I bought a remote adapter specifically for these lights, but I still have to walk over to the outlet to manually cycle through the modes before anyone has a seizure. Just leaving them on is not an option — the switch gets too hot. I should have done a deeper dive through the reviews as this seems to be a common complaint. Disappointing because they really are pretty. Not sure how long these will last and honestly I won’t be too upset if they don’t. I won’t purchase from this manufacturer again.

Absolutely love these! I've used a lot of different kinds of strands over the years and these by far are the best. I don't care for the flashing, but I love the option of doing white or multicolor. And I LOVE one of the options - it fades from white into light colored to full color and back. The pictures I took are of it on that setting.

So beautiful and vibrant. The colour is amazing and we have received a ton of compliments too. Also note worthy, this product is able to withstand the harsh Canadian winters too.

I bought these for an outside Japanese maple I had outside. They look amazing. The brightness is still going strong, and I leave them on all the time. Would purchase again. Highly recommend.

Was very impressed with how bright the lights were for our Halloween decor

I was very happy with the appearance, and light output.Unfortunately sections of the string began to fail, so there is 3 foot sections that are dark?Not sure if anything can be done short of replacing.

Tiny lights but super bright. I bought 300 and they covered my 7 foot tree easily front to back.
