Kid loves it
My kid got this scooter for Christmas. So far he loves it. The scooter was easy to put together and seems to be great quality so far. Compared to his cousins similar scooter (different brand) this scooter seems like a much smoother, quieter, and more solid ride.

I would NOT recommend.
My grandson bought this because he had a smaller MadGear that was great. The grip tape tore off immediately. In less than 3 weeks the grips tore apart, the axel broke, the wheel dehubbed, the brake broke, etc. Mad Gear said they would replace the brake only. It has been over a month & he still hasn’t received it. This scooter was too expensive to fall apart so quickly. It was frustrating that MadGear would not replace the parts.
