It’s definitely worth the money you should read the review
I read the reviews. Some good some not so good. I decided I would try it. It works amazing. I get about 62 channels. Perfect reception. The motor works great. The remote works great after I realize that I needed to buy batteries lol. If you were using it in a travel trailer or a camp trailer to make sure that you have power so that you can use the electric motor and the amplifier that it comes with. It is very easy to assemble. I would not drive down the road with it on top of the trailer, but it comes right off and I can put it inside. It does not come with a pole so you have to supply your own an extension pole to make it go up to 12 feet. That’s what I used.

Crystal Clear Picture
I was tired of the indoor antenna as you get a lot of interference. I finally got up on the roof today after I bought it over a month ago since I was not really craving the roof climb. The install was pretty easy once I got up there with the provided bolts and my tools.I first tried to connect the coax that came with the antenna to an existing splitter from the cable company. This would save me some work with getting the signal inside to the antenna receiver. But I only got 17 channels and most were totally pixelated. I decided to rip out 1 of the existing cable lines and use the same hole to snake the coax that came with the antenna connecting it directly to the receiver. I got 68 perfectly clear channels right away without trying to rotate the antenna.I did notice the remote doesn’t work to rotate the antenna but using the button on the receiver is fine.I am watching some NFL games and can’t believe how crisp the picture is all day long.

Worked OK at first but failed after two months
Worked OK at first but failed after two months. Picked up 63 channels from Orlando which are 58-61 miles away. Some channels came in clear, but many didn't. Antenna was mounted outside on a TV mast at around 22' high. After nearly two months, only the few strongest channels would come in and finally, none at all. It appears the amplifier had failed. DO NOT BUY THIS ANTENNA! IT'S JUNK! I replaced it with a RCA compact yagi antenna, ANT705E, which is $39 at Walmart. That antenna works MUCH better and picked up 63 channels much more clearly. I added a Channel Master antenna booster/signal filter (CM-7778 HD but 7777 & 7779 will work great as well) and now I get 73 channels, and most are very clear. Do some research on a YouTube channel by Antenna Man. Well worth watching!

Quick assist in cutting the cord
We got rid of satellite/cable TV and needed an antenna to get regional TV. This antenna came securely packed and was easy to assemble. It is not overly large and was easy to mount on the fence post where the sat dish used to be. It worked great right out of the box and we are happy with the improved picture it is pulling in. The motor doesn't rotate 360 degrees for us, more like 180 degrees, but enough to help focus on stations in the Miami metro area. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to cut the cord.

5 Star Remote power rotating antenna
I'm getting 82 free local broadcast channels now all very clear digital quality. Without having to reaim the antenna. Nearest station is 30 miles away. I planned on using the mount bracket on the side of the house that an old dish was on but it was too big diameter of pipe. Good thing I ordered the kit that had the mount bracket in it. I was also thinking I could split in the signal with my existing internet coax and the signals would share one coax. But I got no signal that way. So I Could not do that either. The antenna cable has to be a dedicated line to the TV. So I disconnected my cable modem/wifi router and moved to the next room. Used a coax coupling to connect the antenna cable to the TV room cable outside. Inside I connected the supplied antenna power control/remote reciever box to the coax from wall and to the TV. When first mounting the antenna to the bracket I aimed it in the general direction of the city of Nashville, TN. I live about 45 miles from downtown. I didn't even need to adjust the aim with the remote. I did try it though and the antenna rotates in a different direction each time you press the button on the remote. There is also a rotate button on the power box that does the same thing. Reaiming the antenna is not something I would want to do regularly. There are some more channels I could get. But I also loose most of the others. So I will leave it set to get the main local channels I wanted (NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, PBS) these plus the Firestick and I have all I need. The power for rotating the antenna back feeds through the single coax connected to the antenna. The antenna is plastic/aluminum and is light, which is nice when carrying it up the ladder to the mount bracket. It seems to be made well enuff for outdoor use. I wish I bought this antenna years ago. I have only been using it a few days now. I will update if anything changes with it.

sort of easy
I have mixed reviews on this, the assembly is pretty easy, the directions could be in bigger print, more over, the flaps to the antenna the plastic ones, are not easy to close and I almost broke them trying to close them. In order to close them you have to pinch the tabs where they lock, into an open position and then it releases so you can properly close the flaps. Also I got the warranty only because with the discount through amazon it was basically free, though I did try to contact customer service via the warranty and it was a nightmare trying to communicate and it was obvious they were reading from a computer screen. I am sure they know how to do an exchange or repair service but other than that forget it.Other than that the antenna does work great, But be forewarned the mounting to ones roof or inside ones attic is not as I found out the hard way for the novice handyman. If you can afford to have someone install it if you are not self confident to do this project then hire someone, save yourself the heartache and sweat. If you run cable for a living or are an electrician or professional handyman, this will probably take you an hour to put together and then mount.

HDTV antenna
This antenna works perfectly. I've tried 3 or 4 other types but they just didn't cut it. I totally recommend this product.

Great for HAM radio
Pretty cool looking antenna, greatly improved RF. Love the 360 rotation from remote control, it doesn't need to be connected to tv (for HAM radio) for the remote to work. I'm picking signal from towers that never had signals using different types of antenna if it is precisely pointed at. Recommend for permanent antenna for radio's. I did try to get some TV/HD channels but no success, it's not because it doesn't work it's because there are no tv towers in my area (Northern Ontario-Hearst) so for people in my area looking for cheap tv don't even bother...
