Low Cost Amps
I bought this to replace an 8 year old Pyramid amp that I thought was not working any more. I got a great deal on this and I really love these amps. 2000 watts is max not RMS, but these amps work great! I have been installing stereos in my cars for over 25 years now. I have all the cars stock speakers wired together on channel 1+2 running at 2 ohms and a pair of Lanzar 12" subs on channel 3+4. Works great with the high pass for the stock speakers and low pass for the subs. You do not have to spend thousands of dollars to have a great sounding system in your car. I also wanted to add that I actually ended up fixing my old amp very easily and it is still working after 8 years.I do not know why some others have given it bad ratings, it is what it is... a $60 amp that works great for a low cost system! Just running your stock speakers through a good head unit and this amp will blow your mind away. Even with out the subs it sounded 10x better than the stock stereo. The adjustable crossovers and bass boost work absolutely great for fine tuning your sound just the way you like it... crisp and clear!!If I had ANY problem with it, it would be the same as most other amps... I do not really care for the terminals for the +, -, amp turn on, and the speaker wires. It is fine for the speakers, but the ones for the + and - power wires are too small and close together. You also have to be careful to NOT over tighten them as they will strip easily.

KICK ASS AMP IF YOU INSTALL IT CORRECTLY.
I bought this amp before reading the reviews, most of which were negative, so I was worried that I got myself a lemon of an amp. While it may boast an output of 5000 watts, the experienced person would know better that it will not. I have installed the amp to a 5 farad capacitor connected to two 4 ohm 1000 watt dual voice coil 15 inch subwoofers by Plye. I wired the dual voice coils to a 2 ohm output for maximum efficiency. I would have wired the woofers to a 1 ohm output but the amp is not stable at 1 ohm bridged. The amp is stable at 2 ohms per channel at about 500 watts rms power output. I will vouch for the amp in that it does put out enough power to drive two 15 inch subs with out distortion. You will not need to use the bass boost function. The amo is a great buy, does the job well, easy to install. Those that gave it a bad review I guess don't know how to hook up an amp or wire speakers. So go ahead and buy the amp. You will not be disappointed if you know what you are doing.

Good Sound ... Great Value for the money!
Really great amp for $86.00 Sounds as good as the signal your feeding it. Plus really a lot of good stuff going for it. I have a lot of experience with all kinds of transistor amps and I love the fact that its really just one big aluminum heat sink, those are the only kind I buy. Adjustable hi and low pass filters for front and rear channels and the adjustable bass boost instead of just on and off like some models. Having high and low voltage inputs is definitely a plus, and its very simply bridgeable also, making it very versatile for any application, after market or stock radio. So that means you can always use it the future no matter what system you happen to have at the time. Tuned properly I get very crisp sound, the bass boost gives my rear 6x9s a really cool clear bump and loud enough for 90% of the population. All in all if your on a budget and your stock radio just doesn't cut it. You'll get every pennies worth, you can't beat the value for the price. The only negative thing I have to say is they play with the watt output specs pretty badly, 2000 watts was somebody's dream rating because thats the only place you'll see those numbers! But it seems theres a lot of that going around these days. It only puts out about 35 watts per channel @ 4ohms instead of the 50 they advertise on the box. If you ran it at 15-16 volts probably would hit 50 but who does that in a car, nobody. I bridged it to 2 channels and it blew the factory tweeters in my doors so there is a little power coming out and I noticed it doesn't run super hot like some do. Most stock radios do like 12watts, so you have an idea. So you'll probably need to upgrade your stock speakers to get the good sound out of it. A good rule is this, watts are about a dollar each, you want 400 real watts, cost you about $400 real dollars. :)

Great and affordable amp
The amp fit my needs easily, for the rated power and the size it was a great package. Sturdy design and never had an issue with getting too hot or anywhere near overheating even when driving four subs in series. My complaints, though, are that I don't think the 3000 watt rating is correct even with it wired in the most efficient way possible. It probably pushes more around the 2500-2600 area with the best possible circumstances used, but that's a guesstimate. Still ample power for your needs. My other complaint is it was annoyingly difficult to get the gain perfectly set, the knobs are so sensitive to any little turn. And as soon as I did get it set it took a bit to get the bass boost levels to match correctly with my head unit and low-pass. Still, I don't regret buying it. If you're looking at this to bring on to your car audio system, it may take a little more time to get set up but it'll deliver what it's supposed to well!
