Fine, temporary, returns to natural
I have used Transylvania, Poison, and the electric pink color. Transylvania does have blue undertones and will fade to blue and then green. Poison is my favorite, it is vivid and lasts for about 2 months. The pink was meh, it didn't last very long but while it was fresh, it was vibrant and lovely. I bleached my hair before the reds of course, the black has faded off my brown hair and it is back to natural color. So I like that when they fade, it returns to natural color.

Even works when improperly used as if it was a coloring conditioner!
First of all this stuff smells fantastic!Secondly, I am someone who goes through an annual cycle of getting my hair lightened one time getting it professionally colored one time and then uses coloring conditioner for the remainder of the year. I bought this thinking it was a coloring conditioner and used it like one! Yep that's right in the shower, no gloves, & mixed it with my extreme pink overtone coloring conditioner.Thirdly, It didn't stain my shower or my hands and yet did exactly what I wanted it to!I want to keep my pink hair but it keeps fading to magenta with Overtone & Keracolor no matter how much pink I throw at it. The orange in this hair dye counteracted the purple hue of my magenta hair perfectly! And now my hair is exactly the color I want it to be! vibrant hot pink!

Vibrant Color That Truly Lasts â My Go-To for a Reason
Arctic Fox has been my ride-or-die when it comes to hair color. The pigment payoff is incredibly richâbold, vibrant, and exactly as the bottle promises. Whether Iâm going for deep jewel tones or bright, punchy pastels, the color always deposits evenly and comes out true. Iâve used multiple shades over the years, and every one has left my hair looking stunning.Beyond the color itself, what keeps me loyal is how gentle it is. It smells amazingâfruity, almost like candyâand actually feels conditioning during use, not drying. After rinsing, my hair is soft, not fried, which is something I rarely experience with other dyes. Even with repeated use, it hasnât damaged my strands, and the fade-out process is forgivingânot patchy or weirdly toned.Itâs also comforting to know itâs cruelty-free and vegan, aligning with my values while delivering salon-quality results. The semi-permanent formula lets me change things up without long-term commitment, but it still hangs on beautifully for weeks when I want it to. If you're looking for bold, reliable color with heart, Arctic Fox is everything.

Don't buy Transylvania unless you want everything stained blue
Arctic Fox is generally my favorite hair dye brand that I've pretty consistently used since 2020. The dyes smell good and make my hair soft and usually don't fade that quickly (I also have afro hair so I don't fully wash it every day but yk). The only one that I have any complaint about is Transylvania. It looks nice but stains everything way more easily than any other black hair dye I've used. Like my wet hair accidentally dripped on my phone and now even 2 spots on my screen protector are stained blue.

Happy with it at first
I bought this product multiple times. Got purple, pink and teal. I bought it back in April of 2025. It is now June 2025. My daughter and I have been doing this temporary semi-permanent dye for Easter. It's our tradition if you will. I love the pink. I love the purple. They came out great and vibrant and they faded away. Great! As for the teal, it came out great but here I am in July and my daughter and I are both naturally blonde and the color will not go away. It is like this nasty green color for any blondes out there when you go swimming too much and the chlorine makes your hair turn that mildewy green kind of algae green. That's what it looks like. And today I highlighted my hair with blonde cuz I didn't want to bleach my hair but I highlighted it with bleach and the color still won't freaking come out. I am so not happy for warnings. The teal/ blue will not come out of your hair. It will just fade and stay there! I really do love this brand and I'm not going to stop using it, but that color is a no-go for me personally. Hope that helps. Anyone out there? Looking for a detailed description.

It's a really nice dye if it can keep its color for a long time.
This dye turned my hair color into a really beautiful blue. The smell is nice. This dye kept its color for a maximum of two weeks. If you wash and rinse only cold water your blue hair. One problem was that it didn't seem to last as long as other hair dyes. It's an unnatural color, so it doesn't hold up well. Other than that, I thought it was a good dye. Less likely to damage hair. Compared to other dyes. I recommended.

Great color, awful smell đ
Arctic Fox? More like Arctic Flop.I donât know who lied and said this was a good hair dye, but I want names. I used Transylvania thinking I was about to be THAT girl. What I got instead was a rotting cow smell and hair that bled like a murder scene. It stains everything. your skin, your nails, your floor, your soul. everything except your actual hair. And yes, Iâve tried other colors. Same disaster. Pink? Blue? Red? Cute for the first 20 minutes. After that, it's just a slow descent into stained pillowcases and broken promises. It fades like itâs in witness protection. Two washes and the color ghosted me. All that mess and itâs not even permanent? This dye has commitment issues. Also⌠who tf approved that scent? Transylvania literally smells like fermented manure. Iâm not even exaggerating. It was giving barnyard realness and not in a sexy âWicked Witchâ way. I had to deep clean my bathroom like it was a crime scene. And bleach? Thatâs the only thing that even tries to undo the destruction this crap leaves behind.Arctic Fox is for people who want cosplay color for one TikTok and never shampoo. Not for people who actually want long-lasting, vibrant, grown-ass hair dye. Itâs overhyped garbage.Iâve switched to Clairol permanent dye and suddenly I have color that doesnât stain my entire existence. My tubâs clean. My hair looks alive. I can sleep on white pillowcases without waking up in a horror movie. If you're looking for real, serious color that lasts? Stay far away from this joke of a brand. Unless you wanna spend the next three weeks scrubbing your ears and crying in the tub.
