An elderly relative was suffering with excruciating back pain. Sleeping with her legs propped up helped somewhat, but not enough. While she did not like the idea of an electric-powered chair and insisted I make sure it was returnable (it is), she absolutely fell in love with it! Within one day, back pain that had tormented her for weeks began to abate. Now her back feels fine, but she still prefers to sleep in this chair over her bed. She insists it is the most comfortable piece of furniture she has ever had.I took one star off for comfort for two reasons. The first is minor: I find the artificial leather too sweaty. My relative does not, so that one really doesn't matter. The more important 'ding' relates to the remote. The "nap" button (which allows you to seep a selected amount of time before the chair vibrates and then sits upright) is right in the center of the base of the remote. Someone reaching for it -- particularly if the person is vision impaired and/or doesn't have glasses on -- is way too likely to hit the 'nap' button by accident. My relative has been rudely awaken on several nights when her chair decided it was time to first vibrate and then sit up straight -- which she refers to as "dumping" her out. Perhaps they should change the firmware to require a somewhat longer push (2 seconds, for example) to engage the nap clock.

This nicely made chair was delivered by truck and we had to sign for it. The box was quite large, but my husband had no difficulty assembling it. It is made well, and works well too! It has a sleek slim design which is perfect for my space. Has heat, two massage settings (which are really vibration). A neck pillow and lumbar pillow. The controlled is easy to use and there is even a hook on the side of the check to hang it on. Foot control and back control are controlled separately, so you can put it in whatever position you wish. Also has a button for Zero gravity position. I love this chair. Would not recommend for a large person. I am 5'6" and weigh 165. There is width on the seat to spare. But I don't think it would work for a large man.

I have been enjoying my chair since I got it, but I have one significant complaint. The vibration feature of the chair is intermittent rather than continuous vibration I find intermittent pulsing disturbing, the opposite of relaxing. It is not a deep enough vibration that there is any noticeable therapeutic effect, so I don't understand why they would choose to manufacture it this way, Otherwise I enjoy the chair, it gets my feet above my heart and is easy to use..

It was delivered in a huge box that was blocking entrance to my garage, However, once inside our home, placed in bedroom where it was to go, assembly was a breeze. Plugged it in and put my body in reclining position, turned on the back vibrator and was in seventh heaven until my wife kicked me out of HER gift (from me) celebrating our 57th Wedding Anniversary. Nice chair, pleasing to the eye, pleasing to the body.

We bought two of these for our home office, and absolutely love them because they have a wide range of adjustment for comfort, with back and foot adjustable separately. The two memory settings are extremely convenient. The heat is very welcome on cold mornings. Only the vibration feature is disappointing, with only two settings, neither of which is pleasant.We spend a lot of time on our computers, so being able to recline and swing our monitors in front of us makes fora very comfortable arrangement for extended work.We are also pleased with the seller. The chairs arrived much sooner than projected, and the seller responded quickly and courteously to questions.

My husband REALLY likes his chair. Got it for Christmas for him to use for his back pain. Works great and easy to put together. I recommend this product! Thanks!

We like the size. It is slimmer than a recliner. The chair is comfortable. We used when my husband had surgery.
