" .... I love this fan. Hands down love it ! People have posted very few & rare isolated incidental negative reviews explaining how terrible this very same make & model fan was for them as opposed to my perfect performing fan of the same make & model, brand & company type here. I don't know why when my same exact fan here works just fine perfectly out of the box from day one til' this very day !One customer review stated that this fan worked for five minutes & then failed & vibrated. This very same fan, make & model & everything, did none of those annoying things to me or for me. It worked excellent right out of the box. It has been working all this time all these years with no problems or any small issues of any sort at all. I believe all these other customers have just bought a fan of this make & model that was individually poorly made by the machines that make them. It is true that those who have complained about this fan have isolated issues with just that physical fan & not the line of production for which this fan is vastly mass produced. I don't know why all those other customers have bought & are dealing with malfunctioning fans of this make & model, but I bought this very same fan & it worked & works for me to this very day like a charm right out of the box. My customer review here is proof that all those other customers with their non-functional or problematic fans have isolated issues with the production of that individual fan itself & not all the fans made like the one I bought & received. My fan, like theirs & unlike theirs, works just fine with no power problems, humming or vibration or anything that is described by other customers to be problematic to them. Take it from me that I have this very same exact make & model fan right here & it works great & just fine, perfect, like a charm & has given me no problems at all. If you ever buy this fan & it gives you problems, like the other reviewer who said it gave him or her or them problems, return it & the replacement one will work just fine. The world is not perfect & neither is all merchandise made, but you know what they say "Second Time's A Charm!" For those people at least. "First" Time's A Charm for me in my case here.Please do not base not buying this fan solely on those isolated incident negative product customer review(s). I am living proof of a customer who has bought this very exact same fan, company make & model from amazon.com here , ordered & delivered to my door & it worked right out of the box from that day to this very day with no problems of any kind! It works perfectly great! People buy products all the time that are poorly made the first one they buy & when they take it back to the store for an exchange, pretty much all the time, it's the replacement one they get that works perfectly fine throughout it's ownership. Every once in a while not everything is made perfect, but it is an isolated individual problem with that physical product & not the company making poorly made products. Again, I bought this very fan & it has worked like a charm from day one to this very day. All those other negative reviewer's don't know what Heezell they are talking about when judging & rudely labeling this company as those for which they make a poorly made & cheap fan. If they ever bought a replacement fan & got a second one of the same make & model , they would have found the replacement one works just fine & would have no need to taint & defame this company & think that if their fan was malfunctioning, then all fans, INCLUDING THE ONE I BOUGHT, must be defective & problematic, for which mine is not & has never given me any problems since the day it arrived at my door, out of the box & in full use when turned on. Those other Customer Review people don't know what they are talking about to judge this fan with an isolated malfunctioning fan that they never give a second chance to make it right. As I always say... If the fan doesn't work or is malfunctioning, return it & "The Second Time's A Charm!" Most people will buy something & sometimes the very first one they buy either malfunctions or doesn't fit & they return it & exchange it in most cases before they ask for a refund or just live with the issues of the product for which bothers them. Or they will buy something once & if it doesn't work, then the company is a cheap company who doesn't know how to make something. Not true at all! I am living proof that this fan worked the first time I bought it with no flaws or problems. All's I am saying is that, exchange the fan & the next one will pretty much be a completely functional working fan with no flaws like the one I bought the first time around. Those Other customer reviewer's have no right to complain. They are all isolated incidents. My buying this fan for the first time & working all this time perfectly out of the box is proof of that this company makes fully functional un-flawed fans too! Just exchange it for another one. Don't judge the fan the first time around because it wasn't working properly. Second Time's A Charm ! First Time's A Charm In My Case! Maxx Air is the best fan company out there!!! Thank you Maxx Air for making a nice loud fan to drown out all that urban city life noise mess that society offers you outside your home. I don't know why the Heezell fan companies make fans that are so frickin' quiet! I hate that! The louder the air sound, the better! I bought this fan for how nice & loud it is & how much this fan drowns out the rude & noisy society we live in. I bought it secondarily for how cool it keeps the room , but mainly for how much it is stupendous at how much it is nice & loud with air noise & it blocks out everyone outside being noisy with every day noisy life. Thank you Maxx Air for making this nice & noisy fan! Quiet made fans suck! Maxx Air rocks with this fan! I love it! I hope they will always make this fan forever!"

***update***Randomly, I received a text from Toby letting me know this manufacturer had some quality issues a couple of years ago and they were reaching out to failed purchases to make amends. Toby refunded my money via Pay Pal AND sent me a complimentary small fan. The new fan is awesome. Better metal quality, the switch is cleaner, lots of improvements. They earn a 5 star review for the follow up! I love a company that has the humility to follow up almost two years later to make amends. Would buy again.On June 29th, I wanted a large fan for my garage and this appeared to fit the bill. Its not the cheapest and not the most expensive but it had good reviews. I bought it, it showed up after a week or two, I plugged it in, nothing happened. I can hear it humming with electricity but there's nothing moving. I begin to look at the fan itself and there are huge dents where the legs are screwed into the metal chassis. It looked like someone had comically over tightened them and the resulting dents prevented the fan blades from turning.I set up a return, lots of apologies, they shipped a replacement. It took over a month and a half to arrive after emailing for updates. No tracking numbers, nada. That's significant because 1.) its hot outside and I've already shelled out money for this fan. 2.) It pushes the date of purchase past 30 days. Amazon's return policy is no longer in play.The new finally fan shows up, its yellow vs red, but it works. Its quite loud but hey, I wanted a big fan and big fans are loud.It worked for TWO days. I come outside one morning, flip on the fan, its starts to turn but VERY slowly. It comes to a slow stop, you can still hear the hum, and what's worse it starts to smell like an electrical fire in my garage. I quickly turn it off and the motor is red hot. I check the fan for any plastic wrapped around the blade or dents I might have missed that would be preventing the blades from turning. Nada. Appears to be a bad motor.At this point, I just want my money back but unfortunately, I can't get a return setup as I've now "owned" this fan for 30+ days. I have emailed the manufacturer (again) and they offered to ship me a new motor as its under warranty. I dont want to repair a fan, but its better than just losing 150 bucks. I received the motor in in the mail, pull it from an undamaged box, and all of the necessary mounting screws that come out of the motor are severely bent and damaged.I don't leave a lot of reviews on Amazon, but I give up. At this point, I'm just out 150 bucks.

I purchased this fan for use when I ride my Wahoo Kikr. This fan is awesome. It’s a massive upgrade from a box/window fan it replaces. It puts out a massive volume of air. If I set my house thermostat to 65 for a work out and have this fan blowing I barely sweat during my workout.The build quality is excellent. It’s not a quiet fan but that’s because it’s big and pushes a massive volume of air. I wear noise cancelling AirPods during my workout and the sound of the fan is almost totally blocked out.
