I changed from another popular brand to this. Let me tell you its great! It mixes with my coffee completely. No grittyness. Great taste. I have energy all day and I am much calmer.

It has only been two weeks and I’ve taken it daily. The first couple of times I took the daily 2 caplets, I felt pretty relaxed at the end of the day.Mental clarity and focus: I’m still waiting to see the full potential of the product, although I don’t feel as much mental fogginess. We’ll see in the next 2-4 weeks as the website claims a total of 4-6weeks for the product to work with consistent use.

I have been using this supplement for about a week now. I bought it for nervous system support. I am currently going through a pretty challenging time while caring for an ailing parent. I find that my energy levels are much more consistent throughout the day, and I don't get the late afternoon crash nearly as intensely as I was. My mental state is much clearer and I notice a decrease in the brainfog that usually comes on with physical fatigue. Most importantly though, I find my nervous system and response to stress is MUCH more balanced and on an even keel. I am generally more relaxed about everything and that has been worth every penny of this! Also, even though my sleep has never been an issue, I find it myself feeling much more rested in the morning. Highly recommend!
