Stay away from this Boss unit
Since day one the sound breaks up when running the engine. I had originally thought it was a bad wiring job or a bad ground job. After rewiring it to my trolling motor battery and getting the same results I realized it was a bad unit. Something obviously has to be loosely connected inside the unit. The radio works fine so I now run my mp3 player through an FM modulator. Their return policy is so bad it would not be worth it to ship it back and get a "partial" refund, plus the headache of taking it out an putting a new unit in, so I am keeping it until I get totally fed up with this player. Oh well, my bad misfortune.Hope it does not happen to you.

Stereo Sucks
This stereo will not play a CD won't even load it all the way in to play and can not get any sound from it am or fm this sucks

Certainly not a marine stereo as it rusts pretty quickly.
Lasted a couple months before it broke. Buttons stopped working so you could not change the mode and other functions. Certainly not a marine stereo as it rusts pretty quickly.
