I would not add this to my nesting boxes it is very strong

We do not sell it in volume - but if I had to guess I would guess maybe less than 1/2 cup - it would depend on how "fluffy" that particular shipment is.

It looks like our picture was hijacked by another seller. I will update it - the herb DOES NOT look like that. When other sellers get on our listing, Amazon's catalog does this crazy merge with screws up the whole listing. Sometimes we catch it and sometimes we don't. Ok - I am not sure why this picture shows wood chips instead of Wormwood. I checked our listing and it should show a picture of actual wormwood. Anyway yes it does contain it.
