I can't say anything bad about the cover itself - it fits great, looks great and wears great. What chaps my butt is the price. Literally costs over half the price of the chair. I guess the company saw a huge void in IKEA's market (not selling replacement covers for this chair) and JUMPED on it. Can't say they aren't brilliant opportunists.

l was so excited to find what these cushions. However, once it was done the head rest looks like it is backwards. lt doesn't lay right. So l had to give it 1 star. `but that doesn't mean anyone else has that problem.

I washed the cover that came with the chair, and turns out it's not pre-shrunk so I needed a new one.This is a 4-compartment cover for the Pello chair, and does not come with the foam padding but has all the zippers and compartments necessary and took me about four minutes to unwrap, lay out, insert foam and put on the chair. It might have only taken three minutes, but I mixed up the two headrest pads (one is slightly smaller) and the seat back/seat do have a specific direction to be inserted.This fits great and I don't notice a difference in the feel of sitting in the original vs. this one, which means.. to me it's perfect.

I like the color, and the fabric is a definite upgrade from the original thin cotton cover that came on this chair. I avoided the white fabric after having it for so many years - choosing a "coffee friendly" color going forward. It took some manhandling to get the foam moved from the old cover to the new one, but with patience it's possible to get it stuffed into the new cover without being curled up.I have learned that Pello chairs came in different configurations, and that the foam that you have to re-use with this cover may not fit. In my case, the chair was from the early 1990s and had a cover with a headrest at the top and then a single piece of foam below the headrest all the way to the front of the chair. This new cover has three sections in addition to the headrest on top. I figured out that many folks simply cut their foam to make it fit the new sections, however when I cut the foam I had to choose where to skimp - because there is not enough original foam to fill all the new sections. I chose to have the missing foam up near the headrest. Overall, I'm happy to have found this cover and to be able to rejuvenate the Pello chair.

These are meant for the Pello chair but I love them for my Poang chairs because they slide over the back and don’t budge unlike the Poang ones that rely on Velcro that never stays. Anyways, I did have to cut the back Poang cushion and DIY a head cushion… I just cut a pillow in half and used one side for each of my chairs. Super nice fabric and my boyfriend already dropped chocolate on it and it was easy to clean lol. Very nice quality!! Definitely recommend.

This chair cover is great. I was able to easily transfer my old pello chair cushions to the new cover. I painted the arms of the chair black to give it a more modern look. It looks a whole lot more classy than it did before.The material does cling cat hair (I have a medium haired cat) so I have to clean it often.Besides that it looks one hundred times better with the new cover! I think it was worth the purchase.

It fits my chairs well. However. The description failed to include that this cover has 4 cushion pockets instead of 2 like the true Ikea covers. So I had to trim my cushions down to fit. I still recomind this item, just know some adjustments will be made to the cushions when you receive your covers.

I ordered for a child's chair, not only is that not what this item is, it is for some type of lounge chair. It had 2 feet extra at the bottom. Unfortunately my return window already closed.
