Product came in two large boxes. Instructions were fairly easy to interpret. A lot of the holes where the pegs needed to go weren’t properly drilled. It is a cheap product, you get what you pay for. One of the legs broke off and had to get some wood glue to repair it. I would probably stay away unless you absolutely strapped for cash and need a couch.EDIT: DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH. Such horrible craftmanship. The wood pegs are breaking off one by one. The wood that they are screwed in to is not properly secured to the couch frame itself. My friend was sitting on the couch by herself, she weighs about 120 lbs, and the couch started to cave in. Maybe I got a defective couch but do not take the chance of finding out. This thing is going in the trash tomorrow.

Nice, but came kinda incomplete. The two peices don't screw together, so it is two chairs, not a long couch. Staples missed the wood underneath. Some staples were 1/2 way sticking out and needed to be tapped in with a hammer.One of the load bearing pegs won't screw in because the woodside reciever stripped.The instructions have no words and minimal guidance, but I could follow them.

Editing to add: we have now had this couch for a little over a month. The leg broke off when my son sat down this morning. So it’ll last you about a month if that’s what your looking to waste money on.Says you can put the chaise on either side but there are not holes to attach the armrest on one side. The screw holes are hard to align. One armrest is only being held by two of the four bolts because they don’t even go through the holes. Had to cut the fabric underneath to attach some of the bolts. Does not feel like a couch that will last very long. All in all would not buy again.

This product was not only poor quality it is not comfortable at all and broke from beneath me after just a little over a month!I am only a little over 100 pounds so that is absolutely unacceptable.Not only will the seller not replace the broken couch they are refusing a refund as well.Amazon is working with me to file a claim against this seller because I would expect more from furniture than to break from beneath me after just a few weeks of use!BEWARE BEFORE BUYING!!!

Worst thing ever made. After 3 weeks a leg gave out, then the entire wooden frame of the couch gave out. 2 weeks later the extended part of the chaise gave out. I live alone, don’t have a lot of visitors and neither piece have been sat on excessively. It’s absolutely ridiculous and the worst thing I have ever bought. Huge mistake. Nothing but regrets.

It's okay to sit on I would not sleep on the couch not so comfortable

The media could not be loaded. Leg come off along with the securing pieces that is supposed to be well securing piece that is supposed to be well secured in the wooden part of the sofa

This was by far the WORST item I've ever bought from Amazon. Leg dropped off after one night and there was a spring in the bed that pushed into my back sleeping (or trying to sleep). DONT buy this. It SEEMS like a good deal but its not.
