I loved the dvd but did not recieve the walk belt ...
I loved the dvd but did not recieve the walk belt or the weights but its okay,I ordered them straight from walk at home.

Potential injury due to poor fastner
Loved using it while I hiked. Problem was end flew out of fastener during use. Very dangerous. Emailed for replacement bands as the rubber is degrading and no reply. Monitor the rubber and fasteners, they can cause injury.
