Okay, but not great.
I'm an auditory learner, so was hoping this would help me review for STEP while being free to do other activities (cleaning, grocery shopping, etc). While it's not terrible, I wouldn't pay $20 for it either. I used my "free" credit as a new Audible member to gain access. Glad I didn't pay for it.Two main complaints:1) Really, really dry narrator. I know medical school isn't the most thrilling of content material, but this narrator's voice is very very soothing. If you need something to cure for insomnia, that's useful. If you want to be able to maintain focus on what you're listening to while doing other chores, it's almost impossible. The only time I could listen to this was when I was driving, as I was a captive audience member. If you want something engaging, this isn't it.2) The way it's divided is headings "Chapter 1, Chapter 2, Chapter 3 etc" without telling you the content of each Chapter. If you want to review cardiology for example, you'll have to click through all the chapters and wait for the narrator to say "Chapter X....Cardiology." It's annoying to have to click through a bunch of chapters to find the content that you want. To make it more confusing, several subjects span multiple chapters. In short, Goljan's lectures are presented in a much more palatable way (ie he makes jokes etc) and are free online. Even though they're from 2003, the majority of the content is relevant. I haven't used this too much because it's boring and difficult to navigate. To end on a positive note, the content is accurate (from what I've listened to) and the fact that they can summarize all of the USMLE Step 1 material into 24 hours impressive. If you get it for free or a discounted price, might be worth it to try.

NOT HIGH YIELD
Sorry guys... but the narrator wasn't good enough and the content was not high yield.

The audio sample is insufficient.
I like to hear a sample of an audio book before I buy it. The sample of the audio medical review books have someone who may or may not be the narrator read the table of contents. This gives me no clue what is narration is like. I want to hear the actual narrator reading a sample of the core material, not the table of contents. Samples of audio novels read a part of a chapter not the names of the chapters so why not let the narrator read a portion of the book.
