This book was a great hit with my 5 yr old granddaughter. She needed some adult help to get going, but was very involved in the whole process. The instructions were good and they give you plenty of copies of the lined pages to do your favorites over and over.

Purchased this book when my son was 5 and we enjoyed the first couple of easy origami projects, but he had a tough time and we put the book on the shelf for a long time, me asking him to play with it getting refusal after refusal.Then tonight, a month before his 7th birthday, we opened it up again and it felt so fresh and invigorating. We smiled the entire time, the video instructions made proper folding a breeze and he thoroughly enjoyed not just the experience, but playing with his finished creation! He was so proud! I love the designs included in the book and they provide 4 design sheets for each project (perforated) so we can go back and do projects we love or found particularly challenging the first time all over again!I highly recommend this book for its print quality, joy giving time spent, and the right texture to the pages that make finished projects look breathtakingly beautiful -- especially for first time origami masters. Inspired to get this book having spent hours playing Paper Mario Origami King on Nintendo Switch. It's been 2 hours and we're still folding and playing together without controllers in our hands. :)

I just bought this for my 6 year old niece and let me tell you she loves it. This book have so many projects to create great for learning and keeping kids busy during summer vacation it is actually for any time she took that with her while she traveled abroad. I highly recommend this for kids it's fun, learning and keeps them occupied.

My 13 year old son with autism wanted to learn origami. This is a great book for beginners. Colored pages showing the project with step by step instructions. The added assistance of downloading each project to watch how they are made and pages of paper already marked with fold lines make this book invaluable. It may look daunting at first but if you follow the instructions it makes sense and easy-to-use. A lot of thought went into the making of this book, thank you!

I was hesitant to purchase an item with no reviews, but am very happy I took a chance on this origami book! This is a large book, with large, colorful, paper for folding (Product Dimensions: 11.5 x 0.7 x 10.9 inches). There are three colorful printed pages plus three black and white design pages to be colored per origami design. Pages are perforated for easy removal. The paper is sturdy, but folds easily, and makes nice creases and points. The instructions are clear and fairly easy to follow, but if you are unsure how to do a step, simply scan the QR code on the first instruction page of a project, and watch a quick video example of the project step by step. I used the camera setting on my iPhone, which immediately pulled up the webpage for the project. When unsure what to do, this was an immediate and clear help. I like that there are fold lines lightly printed on the papers to assist beginners. Be sure to read the introduction, which has valuable information, before you begin your first project. There are enough pages in this book (total of 6 per project) that several kids can make the same project at the same time, or one child can make the same project several times. My 7yr old granddaughter is thrilled with this book and can read most of the instructions and make the projects with help. As a teacher, I think the projects in this book would hold the interest of ages 6-10 or higher. I highly recommend this book for young kids interested in making simple origami projects and learning some basic procedures.

It's got 20 Origami projects that children will enjoy making. Both kids and parents will like it because it has large easy to understand illustrations. The book is approximately 11" X 11" with many tear out origami paper attached inside. The online video tutorial is great for kids to watch too. This a 5 Star outstanding Origami book for children to learn and play with.

Interesting projects that keep kids engaged. Designed for beginners with markings on the paper. Lots of papers are provided to practice and with some blank papers too so that kids can enjoy coloring too! Highly recommended.

the written instructions seems skipped several steps in between, my son can’t understand it and i have to spend a little time to figure that out. The qr code may be able to help but the reason i bought this book for kid is get him away from electric devices..... compare to other origami books i bought together this one is not my favorite one... but the size of each piece is great, definitely will use them, with other origami book :)
