Experiential Learning: Experience as the Source of Learning and Development

I was turned into Kolb's work as a student many years ago, and have been working as a Learning Experience Designer for the past decade with a keen interest in experiential learning. This book is undoubtedly one of the most inspiring I've ever read - I had no idea just how deep Kolb's work went, and I'm excited to continue experimenting with these ideas both in my own personal learning practice and in my work with others.
