Pure Horseradish - 16oz Jar - Homestyle

Well-prepared horseradish without lots of added ingredients is hard to find. This is horseradish, vinegar and salt. It is a find and a must buy.

I received this product with the lid unscrewed and all the liquid was gone. I had to throw away the whole jar because the seal was broken and there are no returns.

This is an excellent blend of horseradish and vinegar. The consistency is perfect and the flavors are VERY MILD. It goes particularly well with corned beef but the hint of sweetness makes it less pleasing with roast beef and pot roast. Unfortunately, it just does not have the necessary unbounded horseradish kick for Cajun dishes and shrimp cocktail or remoulade sauces. Way too underpowered for fresh oysters.

I first bought an 8 oz. jar and enjoyed it so much I ordered the 16oz. jar. Goes great on sandwiches, it really adds to many things eggs and haven't really finished trying it with other foods.

It isn’t “pure” horseradish, it has vinegar in it.

This Natural and pure Horse Radish is great. We use a lot of Horse Radish in tons of things and this one is the best flavor. Has the proper zing and is a good price for the size. I sometimes put it in gravy I make from scratch. Good alone with steak or with sour cream for Baked Potato.

The horseradish is in a cheaply made container. The lid does not seal properly. Did not get to taste due to the jar being damaged. There is no refund or replacement offered.
