Delta Children Full Size Conversion Rails, White

If you follow all directions of the crib and the conversion kit you'll have everything you need. Delta gives you extra bolts with your crib and the instructions tell you to hold on to those for the conversation kit later on. If you do as directed you will have all the bolts needed. Reading is fundamental lol. It's a great kit and worked wonderfully for me.

We had bought the Disney enchanted princess 3 in one crib for when my oldest daughter was a baby and then two years later we had another baby who also used it. Now that they are older they needed bigger beds and the company who made those particular beds were no longer making them but I knew they were delta children's company so I took a chance and bought the conversion bed rails and that's exactly what we needed! I am so pleased with the bed!

We own the Simmons Kids Madisson Crib 'N' More 4-in-1 Convertible crib. They sell conversion rails made for this bed for almost twice the price. After looking at pictures I discovered that this Delta one is the same thing. The rails worked great, assembly was extremely easy, and bed is very solid.As you can see in my photo the color is almost the same shade of white as the Simmons crib. No one would ever notice the difference in color. I can't even tell unless I am on top of it studying it.We have used this for a year now, no paint chipping or decrease in sturdiness. I am very pleased with this purchase.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF YOUR ORIGINAL PIECES AND SCREWS that came with the crib. Or you will NOT be able to assemble the bed.Luckily after 30 mins of searching for the original screws I was able to complete the bed. You need a handful of screws that come with the crib to transform the crib, not all pieces to convert it come with this kit.There is a hard part where the screws seem to be covered by the rails on the side, but if it's centered the provided Allen key with the rounded side will be able to tighten the screws just fine.Other than that my daughter loves it and it fits her full size box spring and mattress perfect.

I have the “enchanted” Disney princess bed, and didn’t buy the convertible piece right away (cause seriously who wants extra pieces sitting in their house for years). So when it came time to changing her day bed to a full a bed I almost cried bc I was informed that they had stopped making the conversation sets for this particular bed. After a little research I found some results saying this set would work and others saying it wouldn’t....well with a little maneuvering it works perfectly and my daughter is so thrilled to have her big girl bed!!!

If I didn’t need the sides to match the crib pieces, I would return this set. The slats are incredibly weak and there was no center beam or support legs. I had to go to ikea to get the support legs for their beds out of fear that my 3-year-old would break it. The side panels aren’t very great, either. The color matches, but the soft angles of the original crib are replaced with hard angles that I’ve already bruised myself on. I even had to sand down where pieces had splintered off.I had hoped that the bedroom set would last my son through early childhood then replaced in his pre-teen years but I’m already looking at changing the whole set out because of these conversion pieces. This conversion set is incredibly disappointing.

I purchased this Delta wood frame bed rail in Espresso after learning that the Creations April Espresso conversion bed that I purchased in 2010 had been discontinued and the bed rails were no longer available. So I took a chance on the Delta frame rails and it worked! It bolted right up to the head and foot board with no problem. The color was almost identical. But I didn't give it 5 stars for these reasons...It doesn't bolt up to the lower holes of the frame rails, making the bed too tall for my 3 year old to climb up on. I'm 6'1 and it's almost to high for me! The bottom of the wooden rail is 15 inches from the ground. I could drill my own holes to lower the rails by 3-4 inches but don't want to risk damaging the metal brackets. The other reason is because the wooden slots which the box spring sits on are too weak and flex too much in my opinion. Delta can do better by providing thicker/stronger wooden slots. I plan on adding 2 more slots and a center leg which will go down to the ground for added support. But the biggest positive for those of you who own a Creations April crib...it bolts right up. Would recommend.

Overall was good. But confusing steps and hardware usage

Solid wood and hardware fit perfectly which was nice. Only complaint was the edges were a bit sharp on the main rails and could be rounded some more.
