My trainer recommended peppermint oil to help my edema and sore muscles. You can't put peppermint oil on your skin directly on your skin, but this roll-on has the oil in a proper suspension. I liked the idea of a roll-on because it seemed easy to apply, and I didn't want to get oil all over my hands when I wanted to use it. This roll-on is great. I keep it near my sofa so I can just lean over and roll it on my foot and legs. Unlike so many creams and oils, peppermint oil smells great. It's helped when I'm sore or have edema. Will definitely buy another one once this one is done.

I love this brand! I used to use Young Living but it was too pricey. I tried many other brands but this is my favorite.

The product is good at getting peppermint oil to the forehead to help relieve stress/tension/headaches. The oil is quite strong so my younger kids don't like it. Depending on the temperature, the oil may run a bit and could get in the eyes. Watch out for that!Would buy again.

I use this peppermint oil while I’m studying and it really helps keep me alert and focused. The scent is refreshing without being overpowering, it kind of wakes me up in the best way. I also like using a little when I need to calm down or center myself. It’s such a simple way to feel more clear-headed. Definitely a staple for my desk now.

This product does not smell as good as some brands I have used before. It smells very watered down or not as potent as say the peppermint Young Living essential oil.

About a year ago I asked someone who studied alternative medicine what worked better: peppermint vs BioFreeze. She said she liked both products but preferred peppermint oil. As my BioFreeze was running out, I ordered this product. I missed the icy feeling the other product gave me, but LOVE the smell of the peppermint. This even gives a sweet peppermint smell after a while. Best part is it does relieve my achy muscles. Even my little daughter loves it too!
