Fox Run Marble Cheese Slicer, White, 1 Replacement Wire, 3841COM

This is a great item to have on hand if you buy cheese in bulk like we do. It is easy enough to use but does require some practice to get the right thickness on each slice. The set fits easily in my pantry for storage and the blade is nice and sharp and will last quite a while. It is nice that you are provided with an extra blade to change it out in the future.

Love it! So far this cheese slicer is amazing and so easy to use. The wire is sharp and has cut through anything from a sharp aged cheddar to a softer goat cheese. The marble slab is thick and durable, but also super easy to clean. Just wash it in the sink but avoid the cutting wire getting wet. Overall it works very well and is a good purchase if you enjoy cheese or making charcuterie boards.

É um cortador manual e por isso não esperem algo fantástico. Cumpre seu objetivo. Realmente te corta bem, mas para isso você precisa alinhar bem pois se não as fatias saem tortas. Mas é muito bom 👍...um fio veio quebrado

I really like the weight of the cheese cutter and the non slip feet. My only issue is that the groove is angled upwards, so the wire doesn't cut through the cheese on the one side. You need to hold the cheese block and the slice that's almost cut through and lift it away from the board while holding the cutting handle down. It would be better if the groove was deeper. When the wire has just been tightened, it does cut better, but still doesn't go right through.

Fast delivery! A small area (see photo) had chipped but I believe it does not affect the performance of the cheese slicer.
