Good stuff, and a lot of it. Good price, although way more than I need, so I also got some of those silicone freezer things I'd been meaning to get and froze it in cubes. Now I'm set for quite awhile with individual cubes ready in the freezer.

I lived in NM & TX for over 20 years before moving to FL and missed the chili and this one did not disappoint! It is tasty and the mild has just a little bite just perfect for the flavor. Will continue to buy!

It saves me a lot of work with the seasoning it adds but I still add things and I like the fact that with only a few additions I have a great green chile enchilada sauce at a price that’s reasonable. Having frozen green chile shipped to Pennsylvania from my former home of twenty years has gotten expensive since I retired. This is $60 for 8 lbs. the frozen stuff is easily $12-15 per pound. The difference isn’t that great unless you really need freshly frozen green chile. If you’re going to cook it anyway, I highly recommend this product.

I am a New Mexico native living in New Jersey. We all know that it is virtually impossible to find real Green Chile outside of NM, especially East of the Mississippi! We always order in August and get a bushel or two shipped to freeze for the year. Sometimes that just isn't enough and we are forced to try to order off the internet. I was pleasantly surprised when I randomly searched Amazon and this product came up. More expensive than direct farm order, but of course worth it for the real deal shipped overnight! The flavor was great and while not quite as hot as I like it, definitely has a nice zing. Will most definitely use again when in need.

I usually buy fresh ingredients for pico degiao and salsa but this wasn't bad. A little over processed and made to gmhave a descent shelf life but for a quick snack or breakfast tacos it worked quite well. Would not use over freshly prepared but will keep one around for convenient use. The grand kids liked it as well.
