1962 Godzilla Finally
King Kong VS Godzilla is my all time favorite Godzilla movie, it was also my first Godzilla Movie I had ever seen. Yes I'm that old, LOL. No, I did not see it in the theater, it played on TV back in the day on a Rainy Saturday afternoon. This figure is fantastic and hands down the Best Neca figure we have gotten so far. The packaging is spot on with a windowed box just like their Nintendo game Godzilla release, Well done Neca to include the Poster art from when the movie came out, trust me here the box itself is well worth the price of admission. I plan on keeping the box as I think it's fantastic. Now is the figure a little stiff well, mine was but, after a hairdryer treatment all is well. The beam effect is a really nice touch and you won't need a stand for it and I can't get over how heavy this figure is, the paint job is on point as well. At this price point you can't beat it. I paid $23.99 plus shipping so it will be around $35.00 all told. I would Highly recommend that you add this figure to your collection. Neca if you keep up this quality than you will give SH Monster Arts a run for their money. I know their 1962 Godzilla figure is still around $100.00 and out of my budget range, thank you for making a figure of this quality for the rest of us. Great job and keep up the great work. So, go ahead and pick one of these up, you'll be glad you did. Just use a hairdryer to loosen up the Joints so you won't break the figure and remember Kids get Mom or Dad to help you so you don't heat it up to much and melt anything. I do not recommend using a heat gun as those get too hot, unless you really know what you're doing with one. Above all have fun, don't get hurt and Happy Godzilla collecting folks.

Outstanding Customer Service!!!
This review might be a little bit different, but IMO, speaks volumes about the seller, Yachew LTD UK. On March 29th, my son ordered a NECA Godzilla for his birthday present to himself. We quickly received a shipping confirmation a few days later, on March 30th. Just today, I received a note from the seller that the figure was damaged while clearing UK Customs on its way over to the US. The seller was very sincere, apologetic, explained the situation and the reason for the 100% reimbursement. While disappointing, the level of professionalism and quick communication with Yachew's team has been profoundly perfect! Yes yes yes....the Godzilla is out of stock and my son will need to choose something else. However, the bigger lesson is this - the way this was handled by the seller speaks to their business and work ethic - and that is rare today. You all have earned a customer for life. Once my little man gets home from school, we will select an alternative figure, that is in stock, and purchase from your marketplace. THANK YOU!!

Real Value For Money and the Best quality
Best Godzilla figure ever. He's top heavy and built like a tank! he feels like a rock and has a great heavy feeling in hand. His appearance is so iconic and looks like a real Japanese kaiju. Also the tail is beautiful. Be sure to keep the ball joint in hot water, dry it with a blow dryer and attach the tail otherwise it's tough. The sculpt, the paint application and the entire design is just gorgeous! His articulation is not the best but he looks like a king on your shelf! He comes with a beautiful nuclear blast accessory which fits tight within a hole in his mouth and stands perfectly well. This is my first neca Godzilla figure and I have to say the quality is really mind blowing. Never thought an action figure can have this level of detail and quality. NECA is definitely one of the top companies for figure collectors due to their economic prices and high quality. Kudos to you NECA and the delivery was also quick and good. The box was slightly dented but that's okay. If you're a fan of giant monsters and film memorabilia then this is a must buy for you! cheers and thanks to Amazon too!

Probably my favorite NECA figure to date!
I've really liked NECAs Godzilla figures thus far, but this one takes the cake. The sculpt is great, as is the paint job, and it comes with a nifty "Heat Ray Blast" accessory as well. The packaging is really terrific, and even comes with a nice backdrop of Mt. Fuji. The figure also has a loft of heft to it, and feels incredibly sturdy. The amount of articulation is superb, especially with the tail, but don't expect it to allow for any crazy poses (like his jump kick int the film). The only negative I had was that some of the joints were stiff and required the old hot water trick to get them to bend, but this is pretty standard for most figures like this.I'd say if you or a loved one is a Godzilla fan, definitely pick this figure up!

[UPDATED] Great sculpt! Not-so-great detached tail!
Packaging is cool. The sculpt is seriously amazing: this thing’s likeness to KingGoji ‘62 is unbelievable (for the relatively low price). However, attaching the tail has been an absolute nightmare. The instructions included advise dipping the lower tail in warm water for 20 seconds, then popping it into the ball joint on the figure. This doesn’t help at all.If I had known what a pain it would be to attach the tail, I might not have bought this. We’ll see how we get this sucker attached....UPDATE: Success! Heating the lower tail with a hair dryer on highest heat settings for about 30 seconds did the trick! The lower tail popped in nice and easy. Ignore the warm water instructions and use that hair dryer. Adding a star back now that the tail is fully assembled and Godzilla looks badass!
