Raptic is my favourite mark for phone protections, i have it since many years for all my phones, this one is not less excellent!

I have had this case since 2019 and it's now 2022. With 3 kids and dog....it gets dropped alot! Just now needing an new one due to the rubber breaking down and falling off. LOVE IT!

I ordered this and an otterbox defender. I chose this one because I just can't get over how much I like to see the pearly back of my new phone but felt it was still well protected.Pros:*shows off the pretty phone and compliments it with the iridescent sides (so pretty!)*seems quite sturdy. The plastic back is 2-2 1/2 mm thick and the rubbery bumpers are stiff and taller than most bumpers. The bumpers are stiff and tall enough that I think it could withstand most falls on the face of the phone (though I put a glass screen protector there just in case) - (no pun intended). I like that the front of the power button is protected.*bottom speaker faces front. This is a super cool feature. The sound is so good on this phone and the case makes it better.*I think all glass screen protectors can fit with this case. Probably most plastic ones as well. In fact, I recommend NOT getting case-friendly screen protectors for this phone in this case. It doesn't need it and it makes the phone look worse.cons:*I read that several people had the glass back of their phone broken in this case when it fell flat on the ground. I could see how the right hit might do this in this case because the plastic might transfer the force of a fall into the glass backing. In an otterbox defender, there is a soft backing in the back of the case that not only cradles the back of the phone, but I suspect, also helps diffuse the force of a fall. I was admittedly worried about this. So I alleviated my worries by putting a pop socket on the back so there is no way for it fall flat on the back. It should now hit a bumper and/or the pop socket.*The bumper edges can collect color from jeans or dark pants. Since it's grey to begin with, this has not been terribly noticeable for me. As annoying as this is for a $30 case, the other pros outweigh this con.*the plastic scratches up pretty easily. Again, putting a pop socket on it helped a great deal in solving the majority of this problem.While there might be other tiny details that I've missed, overall, this is a good case (there really isn't a perfect case out there for those of us that are picky, myself included). I think it's a bit pricey (knock $5-10 off), but I appreciate that it does what it stays it will do: show off my pretty phone while protecting it and enhancing the sound. I think most people would be happy this case.

It's ok but you'll need your own screen protector

I bought this case ahead of my pre-ordered SG S10+. I liked the style, the colors and the aluminum trim around the circumference of the case. But I was also looking for a case that I felt was going to protect my $1000 phone and yet still be slim enough to slip right into my pocket. This case seemed to be the one.This case fits very well, maybe a bit too well, as it can be rather difficult to remove my S10+ from it. That being said, however, I don't think there will be a chance at all of pulling my phone out of my pocket and suddenly having my phone fly in one direction and case in another direction, both hitting the floor separately causing my screen to shatter. That's exactly what happened with my last phone and case... TWICE. I can't see that happening with this case whatsoever.I've had my phone and case for nearly two weeks now. I do like the functionality of the case. All buttons work properly. All the cutouts seem to be perfect. I can plug in my charging cord without any obstructions. And the speakers... Whomever came up with the idea of funneling the sound so that when you lay your phone down flat you get a really nice stereo sound from both ends of the phone without having to cup your hand around the speaker, is a genius. This is the first time I've had a phone case with such a cool feature. It really compliments the functionality of the case nicely.So far, I am quite pleased with the case overall. However, I do give it a 4* rating because when I ordered the case, I wasn't really able to tell just how much lip there would be at the top and bottom of the screen. Upon receiving and installing it, I noticed very little lip which does raise some concerns. The case, as a whole, looks and feels like it offers decent phone protection. And, indeed, I have dropped my phone a couple of times, but only from about a one or two foot height. No big deal, but my phone was protected both times. I just worry if something will happen if my phone lands face down since the lips seem to be rather thin. I guess I won't know unless it happens. But I'm not going to experiment with a brand new $1000 phone.

This is the first phone that I've owned that I haven't cracked the screen by dropping it. This case has taken a HIGE beating and kept my home pristine. It's starting to break down now because I've had it for 3 years. If you want something low profile and easy to hold/use, but also still providing amazing protection, this is IT!

I have been using this item for two years and it's so durable!

I was having a hectic morning; carrying too many things to put in the car, and put my phone on the car roof..... I know, really stupid move.... I got in the car, backed out of the driveway and drove the 2 miles to the freeway, stopping at stop signs, speeding up, etc. As I sped down the on-ramp onto the freeway (during early morning rush hour traffic), I heard a sliding noise from the roof. OH NO!!! I looked in my rearview mirror, and there was my phone somersaulting down the merge lane. With my heart in my throat and a queasy feeling in my gut, I quickly pulled over, ran back to where my phone was sitting in the traffic lane and picked it up, expecting the worst. THE PHONE WAS COMPLETELY OKAY!!! No scratches, scrapes and it is in perfect working order. the case had a small area on the metal frame that had bulged out, no big deal. When I got to work, I shared my story and everyone was amazed at how little damage there was to the shield, and no damage to the phone. I highly recommend this product

We could not see the added value for the much higher price and felt the advertised description of this product was over-zealous, to say the least. We are very unhappy that we are still awaiting our refund, as the product had to be returned to an address in Las Vegas! We would never have purchased it from Amazon.co.uk if we had known it was actually coming from the USA. Furthermore, we paid nearly £40 and the refund looks like it is going to be in the region of £20. This could turn into a long, drawn-out inconvenience and waste of valuable work time.

nice product that does the job of protecting my new phone. Aluminum lightweight frame encased in a rubber outer shell, with a plastic back.It does not protect the front face of the phone so a screen protector will be needed for that.

Quality case , had this on my s10plus for a few months now and I have dropped my phone with no damage , I'll recommend this case for full protection and quality.

Used this for a while but as there was no protection on the front of my phone I decided to get another. Dropped it a few times and no breakage though!
