For the money its great
Bought this to use in place of my now faulty Turtle Beach 700v2. Needed a cheap replacement at short notice as playing in competitions. Didn't want a wired one, but no choice really. So surprised at the overall quality despite being all plastic. In some ways it's better than the premium headset mentioned above. It fits my head much better, and the adjustments click in place really well being very positive. Earphone sound quality is good enough, but a little muggy compared to the higher priced one as above, but kinda expected. The microphone is very good according to my friends who have to listen to me, lol. And it works well for dictating into my speech to text software I use. One issue is I'm worried that the wire where it plugs into the controller may break as I'm used to holding my controllers really close to my body so the wire bends a lot. Guess I'll have to make an effort to make a change there. So overall I may just not bother getting a replacement wireless headset or even bothering too much getting my still in warranty 700v2 repared. So pleasantly surprised with this cheap Turtle Beach headset.

Great purchase. Only problem? Surround sound.
HONEST REVIEW: This is a tidy headset for the price that it is currently at. The sound quality is good and my friends could hear me well on our PS4 party chat. There is great comfort and adjustability of the headphones and the long story short is that these headphones get the job done! However, there is little to no surround sound unless you really increase the volume and even at that it is still mediocre and at that volume it will just end up damaging your ears over time. At the same time though, you have to remember that this is a pair of headphones on the cheaper side of things so if you’re willing to compromise surround sound for just a regular sound then this is a great purchase for you but if you need that surround sound that blocks you out of the world and gives you that immersive experience when playing...then there are probably better products on the market.

Good phones.
For saying its budget level the sound quality is very good. Build quality is also good for the price. Wearing them for long periods I found them to be really comfortable due to lightweight, but strong construction. All in all good all round phones.

Crisp Audio Recordings - Highly Recommend
I bought these for when I am recording my YouTube gaming channel videos via my Samsung S8 and playing on the PS4.Regards to the microphone. I found my recordings to be much clearer and crisper than they were with my previous headset. I'm not the loudest speaker and the microphone has no problems picking me up. It is also great when gaming on my PS4.The sound in the earphones is also fantastic. When platjng Fortnite I could hear everything far more clearly than my other headphones. For anyone having issues connecting to the PS4. It's not.plug and play. You have to go into settings and devices to set it up.But yes...very pleased with my purchase. My recordings are far better than they were before.Update:I'm now coming to the end of April and they're still working brilliantly. They are well made, with great sound. I use them a lot, because of recording for my channel. I think they're amazing quality, given the price. I even have them tagged in my video descriptions and recommend them to anyone looking for a good headset that want break the bank.

Does the job
It works just fine, although the microphone can be a bit quiet. It does feel a little cheap, but that is what to expect for £20

Great Headset, Good price . . . but
. . . have had intermittent microphone problems and this is the second set after I exchanged and got a refund for the first. Being used by an energetic youngster is sure to result in wear and tear and to be fair to the manufacturer I'm not going to return this set. If it weren't for the mic issues, then 5 starts for value, comfort and audio and if the mic would work all the time then 6 stars. One suggestion might be that if Turtle Beach can replace the fixed lead with a removeable one, then you could buy a new lead instead of a new device. Kids give these things a hard time and the tiny wires in the lead are sure to be the weak point.

Decent gaming headset...
Sound quality is good. Headset is still going strong after a year of abuse by my son. No issues with build quality. Colour scheme goes well with the Xbox.

Very bad
Not great. Bought this just to put me on for a bit after my expensive headset broke. First time using it on xbox and my friend could hear themselves talking really loud through it so really bad feedback issue. Tried turning the volume down and it helped a little but still was a bad issue. Had the volume as low as I could get it and it was still an issue. Messed with the audio settings and still couldn't get it to a point where it was acceptable. Really poor sound quality from games as well. Unusable with the issue and will be trying to return. Very poor quality. I know its a cheap headset but still should be usable at least.
