The pen tip broke already (Update)
I've barely used the pen for drawing but looks like the tip broke and the rest is stuck inside the pen, unable to be removed. The pen has become unusable because there is no way to remove the pen tip in case it breaks.Updated 20240514After a few weeks of moderate use on my tea aller I will say it is a very nice pen, lightweight and fuss free. The seller was willing to send me another pen as the other one has the pen tip broken inside and the piece is stuck and have more charged my review accordingly. Even after hours of use the pen still functions properly without stutter or lockup like my previous pen. The erase button is a time saver as well.

Great Pen for my Surface 3!
I'm a freelance illustrator, I do Portraits and a Comic.Usually I use a drawing monitor connected to my PC or to my Surface 3, but when I'm away from home, I use my Surface 3 for drawing.I don't like the pressure sensitivity of the original Surface Pen, so, I wanted a Pen with more pressure sensitivity and I found this Tesha Pen.It came in a small nice box, with the battery and an extra nib.It has 1024 levels of pressure and so far it's been working really great! It's not bluetooth, so it doesn't have the button for the Windows Ink area. But it has the two usual buttons on a side, one for toggle between Pen/Eraser, and the other one as the Right Click. I like to keep two buttons like that.About the palm rejection, I think it's better than the original Surface Pen, although it's not perfect. I still get sometimes unwanted lines. But I always draw with a Anti fouling glove, so, I don't care much about the palm rejection. I was looking for more pressure levels and with this pen you got them. The tip feels good on my Surface, it's pretty much like from the original Surface Pen, don't worry for any scratches.I think it's a great companion for my Surface, and so far I'm only using this pen, I keep my original Surface Pen for a spare.

Works Flawlessly - Surface Pro 3
I tried two other pens before this (one named Cis.. and another Mek..) and both skipped and just were not the experience I wanted. The experience I want? Simple handwriting! I want what I write on screen, no skips and no hard pressing, just act like a pen and DO IT. This gets the job done. I can be a very messy writer and I write fast, but I want that on screen, NOW. Of the ones w/ great reviews, this was the one that did exactly that.BUT I heard warnings about the white tab... im not sure this still applies, but i didn't risk it: DO NOT PULL THE WHITE TAB!!!!!! i just put battery in, wrap white tab around it, glide it into pen and and screw it in. I did that and it WORKED.I will note, I don't care about magnets or buttons, other than not pressing them to avoid disruption. I just want to write directly to a note and QUICKLY. i want immediate screen response. this is the first stylus I got that followed my handwriting with no skips (see the word perfect). being messy, i had to actually focus on making that word in good handwriting, the rest was gibberish only i understand...but it all still came onto screen.still, this stylus is PERFECT.

Works well for what I need it for
I bought this pen to use on my Microsoft Pro 6 (I love this little machine), but I needed some type of pen to use on documents for work, but I didn't want to buy the high priced Microsoft one. This works really well, it's responsive and very easy to use. Put in the batteries and screw the cap back on and you are ready to go. It also came with two extra nibs for replacement. It's not to heavy, but it isn't light weight either - but I prefer a regular pen with a little weight to it anyway. The price was also extremely reasonable, the only thing that would really take it over the top is a rechargeable model and the ability to buy extra nibs should the pen last longer than the two extra that were provided.

Works well, long battery life
My Surface was sold to me without a pen, so I was looking for an inexpensive replacement.Initially this pen did not work at all, and I was very frustrated with it. I contacted customer support, who suggested that I try removing the device in Device Manager and then allowing it to re-install. This worked perfectly, and the pen hasn't failed me since! I am quite happy with my purchase.

7 months and still working perfectly
I bought this 7 months ago to replace my Surface pen for less than half the price. The Surface pen was included with my Surface purchase and lasted about two years of low to mild use before acting up.For this pen on a Surface Pro 3:Pros:- no Bluetooth settings - open the computer and start writing- sensitivity as good as the Surface pen- solid construction (I haven't dropped it yet) and buttons work as they should- good valueCons:- no eraser button (not really a con, but I did get used to that function on the Surface pen)Now that the Surface pen is sold separately, I wouldn't buy it, but go right for this one. I have no regrets.

so I pulled off the annoying paper tab since it didn't look like I would ...
well, I ventured into the world of ms surface and thought I should get the "pen"; opened the box, no real instructions except for a little cardboard "picture"; unscrewed it to put the battery in - paper tab flopping around; the cardboard picture says " can not be cut off" - whatever that means; the pic also says the battery is pre installed, which it isn't; so I pulled off the annoying paper tab since it didn't look like I would be able to screw the pen back together if I didn't; the spring goes flying across the room, and I assume it is supposed to be attached and not laying loose; I couldn't figure out how to give this zero stars, since how can I give it one when it fell apart before I could even use it. Guess it will be returned.

Not a true surface pen
It works well. But its not a true surface pen, so main features are missing including tech eraser

good substitute
Nog the original pen as it was lost. Does the job though & a neat little case to stick on side of laptop to pop the pen in, the original shouldve had this instead of a magnet pen that gets easily lost.
