Very compact to pack worked well for us in Ireland and Portugal

Supports 1000W steamer, works in HK and China
Worked great in HK and China which use different adapter (included in set). I was also able to plug in a 1000W travel steamer without any problem.

Easy to use
Great converter. Easy to pack and easy to use. Love all the USB ports. Can charge 2 phones and 2 watches with this. It will also convert for curling iron or blowdryer.

Very useful
Worked great for electronics. Not perfect with hair dryer. Probably need a low wattage hair dryer. But flat iron was ok

Works as advertised
Spent the week in Iceland and it worked perfect. Really like the USB and USB-C to charge the electronics.

Don't waste your money
This product failed immediately on it's first use when traveling to Spain. Plugged it in, sparked, popped, smoked and failed. Tried to set up a return but Staples was stated as the return site. They did not accept. Have tried to contact the company for another return site and there was no response. I have now discarded the item in the trash and chalked it up to a learning experience.

Great for portable electronics but not for hair care as advertised
Traveling to Croatia and we needed an adapter/converter for our electronics.PROS: worked great for our portable electronics: phones, headphones, smart watches, etc. Everything charged quickly and easily.CONS: it fried my curling iron. I specifically looked for a converter/ adapter that worked on blow dryers and curling irons. I also verified my curling iron was dual voltage through the manufacturer. It worked for about 10 mins and then shut off, never to turn on again. I tried it when I got back home and it still didn't power on.
