It arrived damaged and had to be returned. Thankful to the Amazon driver who noticed it first and pointed that out to me and took it back for me so I didn’t have to have the headache of trying to figure out how to ship it back.

The media could not be loaded. Delivery and setup was a disaster. Not only was this product damaged, they damaged my existing furniture.Beware, if installer shows up in a Rented Penske Euro van with new tools they likely have no experience working in homes or setting up the product you’ve purchased.
