Perfect case for EpiPens and inhaler, spacer is a little tight
This is just what I was looking for to easily carry and identify my rescue medicines. The bag is a vibrant yellow and comes with the EpiPen alert tag too. There’s plenty of space to fit 2 EpiPens and inhaler as well as bandaids or other small first aid items. I tried to fit the spacer for my inhaler and with the right positioning I could get it to fit and zip but it was really squished and jammed in. Ultimately I decided I’m going to leave the spacer somewhere else and use the bag for just my pens and inhaler. It’s perfect and I really like the Velcro on the back and various handles and loops.

great case for the epipen!
I have been enjoying this case. Previously I was just throwing my epipens in a bag, or in my car, or pocket, etc. I was loosing track of them, too. They are too expensive for that! This is a great case, nicely padded, a great color. Easy to spot. My two epipens fit easily, and I could have room for the epipen practice pen too, between the epipens, If necessary. I like the little compartments opposite the epipens. I am going to put some Benadryl there. Nice case, great color, zipper works great. I can see why some say the clip isn't sturdy enough, but I'm not using it for a kid, so I don't have to clip it to a backpack. If I were going to, it would be very easy to swap it out for a stronger clip. I am glad I bought this.

Unlucky maybe?
**UPDATE: A day after reaching out to them, I received a reply from Dana (s/he is awesome!) 3 days later I received my replacement and it soo much better than the first one. There are no stitchings out of place. Although, the velcro is just a tad bit better than the first one, I would say it still isnt strong enough. And I wont use it with this anyway. So I would give the product 4 star but I will give it a +1 because of Dana. I felt that they really care for their customers. This case have potential, I am just put off with the quality of the case I received. The good: 1. It seems it like it is insulated2. The colour is eyecatching and cant be missed.3. It fits 2 epipens inside their case4. It can be carried in 3 different ways (although one might be faulty, will talk about that later); 4 if you just want to stick in your bag or purse. The bad: 1.There are threads hanging on different parts of it. And the one on the side is just visibly coming apart. This seems like it wont last as it is already coming apart. Not sure if I am unlucky or their quality is really bad.2. It doesnt seem like it is gonna close with the benadryl in, maybe it will if you force it in..3. If you are intending to use this with the velcro, the velcro is not strong enough, like it barely sticks no matter how hard you press it together (either it is faulty or really cheap) as it unsnap on its ownwhen you try to hang it on its side like on a belt or something. I wont use it this way anyway.4. This is not gonna affect the functionality more of in the aesthetic side but the cross and the words "medical case" are printed and not sewed in or embroidered if you are looking for something like that..It would probably work fine for me, as this would mostly leave in my purse since my toddler is little.

sturdy but smallish
it's a tight squeeze to fit my epi (two-pack) as well as my inhaler (small, generic albuterol)- I had one that fit that, plus allergy eye drops, and other sorts of things. I CAN fit everything, including dissolvable allergy meds, but there's not a lot of extra room if you need additional meds (i also usually try to carry my migraine rescue meds- I can't do that here).I LOVE the bright yellow color, it's easy to find in an emergency and easy to direct people to if I need to tell someone. I haven't had to need it since I got it, but its reassuring more than my previous one.

Perfect for school
Perfect for son's backpack. Has lots of extra room for more items when we travel. Is a soft case. Not hard. But seems well enough padded to protect epipens. Really like the key ring that states there is an epipen in it.

Case is great- Carbiner clip is junk.
The case is great... but plan to replace the carbiner clip if you plan to use it at all. I clipped it to an "epi-pen inside" tag on my hand bag and then dropped the case inside my handbag. When I got home I unclipped the case from the handbag and the clip broke. Epi-Pens are not cheap... I planned to use the clip with the tag as a protection thing. if someone walks by me and tries to pick pocket the case with the epi-pens in it they would be sorely disappointed because the case was attached to the bag. I have replaced the cheap broken carbiner with a better made one.Edit to add photos after use. After replacing the clip with a better one I have nothing but good to say about this case!

EpiPen medical case
I chose bright yellow because it is not a color I would normally chose regularly. It is a great alert for my EpiPens and other allergy medicines. Very sturdy compared to the small pouch I had been using. Now in this case there is 2 slots designated for my EpiPens and pouches on the opposite side to place my other medicines as well as direction.Plus on the outside you have "medical case" written across front and a identification card for other medical issues, resting inside a see through compartment on the backside. Also there is a clip to attach to a handbag or bookbag. Alongside of this is wristlet attachment so you can carry solo.

Exactly what I was looking for to carry EpiPens
Item arrived as pictured. Plenty of room for two EpiPen and benedryl cream and pill bottle. It's a little big to fit comfortablely in my medium size purse because it is a padded medical bag. Not a problem for me but might be for someone else. It can be easily located because of the bright yellow color. The hand strap and waistband strap make it easy to carry with you to concerts, ball games, hiking etc. Good purchase!
