I wanted a fireplace insert heater for those times when we don't feel like lighting a fire. I actually was contemplating installing a gas insert, but that turned out to be a real hassle. I figured at the price, this unit might be an acceptable compromise, and it is. Some of the others I have seen have really hokey flames. This one, while repetitive, is fairly realistic. The unit itself is well made and looks good. It fits the fireplace well. The heater is not overwhelming, but does add some heat to a very large room with a 20 foot ceiling. My wife and son were skeptical, but now like the unit as much as I do. It adds that cosey hearth fire feeling with the press of a button. The remote works very well and the functions are adequate.

This fireplace insert has been a fantastic upgrade! Installation was straightforward, and it instantly transformed our old fireplace into a cozy and efficient heating source. The flames look realistic, and the adjustable heat settings are perfect for controlling the temperature.It’s also very quiet, which is a huge plus. The only minor downside is that the remote could have better range, but that’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s a stylish and functional addition to our living space—I highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. It fit PERFECTLY in my awkward little fireplace.It’s way more convincing than I thought it would be and I am loving it so much!!! The heated fan option is nice and while notable it’s not too loud, but I don’t really use it.Easy to use but I do wish the red letter operations screen in front of the fireplace was somewhere more discreet, otherwise it kind of muddies the illusion. I plan to use some dimming stickers on it tho!

The media could not be loaded. Didn’t know if I’d like it or not but I gotta say it’s pretty enjoyable. Does it look like a “real” fire?.. no. But it’s a pretty decent simulation.. I will say the red color in the flames is a bit much though. An orangey color would be much more realistic. And it would be nice if it included some fire sounds. But all in all it’s very soothing and makes the living room feel cozier somehow. Haven’t had use for the heat option as of yet but I tried it out for a few minutes and it felt nice and warm. I just wanted this for when I want the look of a fire going but without the actual mess of a real fire in my fireplace. So far I’m enjoying it. 🔥🥰

This was a great fit for our fireplace. It creates a nice ambience. The heater works well enough to keep the chill off. The remote works well. Wish I could turn off the LED lights on the front

To be frank, this purchase turned out to be much better than expected! The pictures make it look kinda cheap and chintzy, but it is surprisingly not the case at all! It feels well made, solid and looks much more realistic than I thought it would. Most people have to look closely to figure out if it's real or not. It works well, but doesn't heat the room as well as I had hoped. I'm not sure if that's a function of product design / output, or heat loss from the chimney or the location given the fact that I'm used to my old space heater being a few feet away (rather than across the room in the fireplace).My only complaint is with respect to the remote and controls, which has a very poor interface. There are three functions that can be adjusted; 1) light output (brightness of fake fire), 2) temperature and 3) a timer. All three functions share the same two digit display, so changing one function will override the display another function setting. We have found ourselves using the timer much more than anticipated (almost a must), which I think is a function of it's location in the fireplace where it's easy to forget to turn it off. Given the singe output interface, if we set the timer (which can only be adjusted in one hour increments), then we have no idea what temperature setting currently applied and vice versa. It's not clear if adjusting the temperature overrides the timer setting or just the timer display. It's not a big deal, just a little annoying. I wish there was a way to see the temperature and timer settings at the same time. FYI, you really want to make sure you don't lose the remote, because making the adjustments on the unit is painful (particularly if you have fire screen in front of it).

We weren’t sure what to expect when purchasing an electric fireplace. Turns out we love it. It is so easy to just plug in and you have the ambiance of a real fire plus heat. We have been using daily and would highly recommend this product.

We bought this product in Dec 2023. It was good. We only used for about 7 days during holidays last year. Right before Christmas 2024 , we started to use it, unfortunately the remote control didn’t work. After contacted with customer service, we were told we should get a replacement. However, we received an email next day and said we need to pay addition $30 to replace poor quality remote control. I cannot believe how bad the quality of remote control (it’s broken only used for 7 days) and cannot believe how expensive for a small piece of plastic remote. BTW, the product also has buttons in the side, however it cannot be turned off for the fan and had to turn off whole heater.
