I’ve been an extremely loyal customer to Carhartt for 30 years. Great quality and simple design. This cap is as usual well produced, good quality etc, though the peak and front panel were so much bigger than I expected and looked like a comedic train driver…Maybe if I was 20 years old it’d be better?

Read many of the reviews stating "good for large heads" so decided to order. This is not a hat for large heads, well not my large anyway. I take a XL 62 cm motorbike helmet, so on the large size but there are bigger. The UA XXL cap fits me a treat with my planet sized head but this Carhartt hat is very uncomfortable at the biggest setting.

Nice fit, but is a bit stiff from new. The material wicks like it should and hasn't discoloured after 4 months of use
