Collingwood Ecoware Tofu Press Features Our food grade stainless steel tofu press was designed in England with a few specifications: - We wanted to make a press that was completely plastic free, food safe and was built to last. - We wanted a press that was of course primarily great at pressing tofu - that’s where the 2lb weighted lid comes in, we found this is the perfect weight to gently ease out excess water without squashing or destroying the tofu, we also designed the handle to be flat so you can apply further pressure if desired. The press is also big enough to press two blocks at once, placed on top of one another or side by side depending on the size. - We wanted a press that could also be used to make tofu. This is perhaps the most unique feature about our press, the contents of your Collingwood Ecoware Tofu Press comes with the stainless steel box that can be used to press tofu or in this case as the mold, two pieces of unbleached natural muslin cloth and detailed instructions on how to make the tofu. With our set you will have all the tools, you simply need the ingredients -soy beans, lemon and water. **PLEASE NOTE - This is the first prototype and we only have 200 units in stock, purchase quickly to avoid disappointment.
