UPDATE - I've upgraded this from one to three stars since Cluvox support made the effort to reach out to me and either replace or refund my purchase. While my original review (below) still stands, kudos to Cluvox for reaching out to me and trying to make things right.You don't have to look far into the reviews to see that this charger has a serious issue with staying connected while plugged into your car's power outlet. I read them, I ignored them, and now I'm stuck with it. Heed the warnings folks, this thing is true GARBAGE! It does not lock in (or even fit snugly) in the power outlet and consequently it comes loose and your power is lost. It may only take a few minutes or a few hours, but it will disconnect and you will find yourself constantly having to plug it back in. Complete junk and a total waste of money. But don't take my word for it (like I didn't other reviewer's) buy one, find out for yourself.

I recently got Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and thought it's time for me to upgrade a USB charger in my car. I checked on the amps and the volts while my phone was ~60% battery level using the USB cable that came in the package. Here is the test result:Port 1: 8.88V, 1.60A (14.2W)Port 2: 8.96V, 1.59A (14.2W)*I also included pictures in attachment. Since the product description states it can provide 18W max per port, I think it is fairly accurate. The performance could depend on the device and also the level of the battery. I highly recommend others to purchase this item.

When I first received the charger I didnt think it worked because it's a tight fit between the cord and the adapter. I contacted customer service and they were great! Responded quickly and I appreciate that as a customer.I tried again and it worked great. Charged my phone very fast and shipped fast. The blue color around the top of the charger lets you know its charging. I would recommend this product!

I bought this charger for my new Galaxy S10e phone. My old phone was a Motorola Droid Mini. It was my first smart phone and I chose it because I wanted a small phone. I didn't know that the operating system was outdated and didn't care at the time. I had a car charger for the Mini that charged the phone in less than an hour, so I expected that this charger from Cluvox Tech would charge the S10e in about a half hour. The charger they sent me is a Meagoes model CC003. I takes over an hour to charge my phone from a 25% charge and nearly an hour and a half from a 16% charge. I contacted Cluvox and was told that since my phone indicates it is fast charging the charger is not defective. BS. This thing is a slow charger. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Charges even while I'm driving using Pandora, Waze navigation, and on the car phone. Very good quality.

It doesn't fit well enough into the charging port. The light doesnt come on to show that it charged. When i can finally get the light to come on for 2 seconds, the plug pops back out. Any way I plug it in, it moves around. And, I can easily pull it back out. I have a 2010 ford ranger. Tried it in our other vehicle, a 2019 gmc terrain, and had the same issue.The cord works fine with my other charger. But idk what type of vehicles the plug is made for. I just know it is not any of mine. Don't waste your money.

I've had this for about a week and I've used it for less than a week. At first it was great both ports worked but now only one port will charge. So having a bullet with two charging ports and only one that works is pointless. The fast charging does work, so that's nice. But overall I am disappointed in the quality. It's possible that mine is just faulty but I just recommend purchasing with caution.

This car charger is the best most solid charger I've ever had. Most are flimsy and fall out easy. This thing is solid , built really well and charges phone in no time !! Great Product !!!
