This lamp seems sturdy and the shade is very nice. The base however is a big disappointment! Instead of shiny and new it looks scuffed and scratched. I have not opened the second yet, I ordered two for my guest room. This should not happen!I opened the second box and it was much worse than the first! Don’t bother with these lamps!!!

Super cute lamp, perfect for my girls’ room, but very disappointed in the quality. The package upon arrival was severely dented, and you can see by the pictures that it led to a dented and discolored lampshade, especially evident when the light is on. For some reason, the base of the lamp is of incredibly poor value and not only was already chipped when we received it, but it has only continued chipping along the bottom part of it. I have only had it for a week or two. Very disappointed. If it was better quality I would have been pleased. I love the simplicity and color scheme, and I love how easy the on/off is with the little pulling chain. Needless to say my girls love it because toddlers don’t notice quality issues! I’m just disappointed having spent more than $20 on something that looks like we picked it up from Goodwill.Also I didn’t have time or energy during the holiday season to deal with a return, so we are just dealing with it for now and will buy a new lamp in an actual store in a few months.

I can't say if this product works well or not. The first lamp I recieved was badly damaged so I returned. I just received the replacement lamp and it was damaged even worse than the first one. The packaging for this product was terrible and clearly needs improvement. Extremely disappointed and unhappy.

My daughter really liked this lamp. After reading reviews, I was hesitant because I saw so many came damaged. I decided to take a chance. Well, our first one arrived damaged. The lamp shade was squished and the base was scratched. I ordered a replacement and it came in great condition. Kind of a hassle, but it's cute and reasonably priced. If they packaged it a little better, they probably wouldn't have so many damaged ones.

This is a great lamp. I got it for my mom and she reads a lot in bed at night. This is bright, easy pull on/off chain, USB for charging phone and it’s sturdy enough so I’ll not afraid she’ll pull it over on herself pulling the inn/off chain. Clean white lines.

I've been wanting a simple white lamp for the guest room for some time and was pleased when I found this to order.Sadly, it arrived broken. The weight in the base had cracked and split and could no longer support the rod.Additionally, there is a large blemish in the shade. I really didn't want to hassle with the return.Fortunately, my husband can fix or install damn near anything and he got right to it.Voila! I turned the shade blemish to the back. I'm considering changing out the clinking pull chain.I gave it 3 stars because even though it was overpriced and not of the quality I had hoped for (considering it was nearly $30)... in the end, I still like how it looks and avoided a return. This lamp might have been a good value at $14.99. That said, if the USB charging port doesn't work I'm going to be a little cranky.

I wish I could give this a better review. Unfortunately both of the lamps I ordered had some scratching from the pull switch brushing against the lamp stand during shipping- the scratches weren’t too noticeable though so I was willing to overlook that BUT the bottom of one of my lamps was bulging so the lamp stands crooked. Disappointed. This is frustrating because I really like the look of these lamps. It felt like such a hassle to send it back to return it and get a new one that wasn’t deformed scratched. just wish we would have gotten one in good condition from the beginning. If they could have sent us one without me having to go through the hassle of having to send our misshapen one back-that would have been ideal... but I guess I’m partially to blame because I have assumed that’s not possible.

So pretty, light weight and functional! Bought these for our travel trailer - they add so much color & style I was impressed. The USB charger is super useful.

After putting this lamp in a bedroom, we discovered that phones wouldn't charge after being plugged in overnight. This wasn't a defect. It turns out this is a design flaw, as the support team said:> Electronics that are plugged into the lamp will only charge when the lamp is turned on.Seriously, that makes the USB port worse than useless. It would have been better to not include one at all.

Not sure why everyone was complaining about the quality. Mine arrived not broken, with USB working and a good quality lamp shade. Took a few days to arrive, but very happy with my purchase. Don’t let the negative reviews hold you back from buying one, I wasn’t disappointed and you won’t be either.

Lame shade is crooked and crumpled. Ordering on amazon is supposed to be easier. Now I will have to print the label and go to a Canada post to drop it off, and then wait for another one. With two small kids , that is not easier at all.

I received this lamp totally defective. The plastic of the socket had a small piece of broken, good no big deal but in addition the internal socket is broken, the tab which makes contact with the bulb is not there,very broken ???I'm really disappointed so no one has ever checked this lamp??no quality control?I was really surprised.On the other hand, this is the first time that I have received a purchase in this state.

This us the first item I have had to return to Amazon. The lamp stems were wobbly, and not standing straight. unfortunately they cannot be adjusted, straightened as the bottom of the lamp has a sealed cover.One of the lampshades had a tear, and black mark, on the inside of the shade, which for sure would be seen when lit. It was visible to the eye even without a bulb installed.Disappointed as these were the perfect height for bed lamps in my spare bedroom,
