I have a septic system. Rid-Ex was recommended by plumber when I had a blockage in system. Have had no problem since, with monthly use. You will need a period of a day when no one will be using the plumbing.

Happy with product, new packaging not so much
Happy with product, ben using it for my septic tank for over 20 years. But, I totally fail to understand why each individual box now contains a two month supply. I now have to deal with estimating when I've poured half a box into the toilet and then store an open box for a month and hope I don't knock it over and spill the remaining contents.
