Agree, FITS and WORKS like Original
My car is 2020 CX-5. I was not totally sure about purchasing this particular item, despite the two 5-star reviews, also because it was significantly lower priced than the ones with many high reviews. However, now that I have carefully looked at the product and installed it, I would confidently recommend this to my family/friends. Didn't have to do any assembly, as it just fit right into the car's existing grooves by pushing back the spring-action end of the product.UPDATE 2/1/2020:I would still recommend to family/friends.I pulled hard on the tie string trying to tie to the back of seat headset and ended up tearing out the string (lol), so don't pull too hard!

Works as advertised!
Great value for the money! Easy to install in 2 minutes or less! Hides my cargo and works as advertised. This cargo cover exceeds my expectations because of how it installs with a click and a couple clips on my tailgate just under the window and you don’t need any instructions. I recommend to everyone for their 2017 and newer Mazda CX-5.

Works well, fits well, but was cumbersome to install
It somehow was a tiny bit too large. I had to install it alone (Lady) and it was difficult to do. It is very sturdy, it was difficult to pull the ends to fit into the openings. I almost gave up on it and decided to return, but on the last attempt it fell into the holes.Overall is works great, came in time, but it has no installation instruction in the box, and I really struggled to do it alone. I had to climb inside the trunk to push it with all my might. But in the end it works just fine. I am not looking to de-assemble it often or soon. If you are looking to have it taken in and out regularly, think if you are strong enough to deal with it.

Great trunk Cover
This is just what we wanted for our Mazda CX 5. It was packaged well. It installed very easy and it fits perfectly to cover the trunk. It lifts up when you open the trunk. I would highly recommend this product.

1 month in and already broken
The metal part that hangs on the trunk door hook already broke after 1 month of use. Horrible.

Nice and economic trunk cover
The item is as described and can prevent definitely break ins to some extent. Though there is still space left around the corners and doesn't cover trunk end to end but satisfied with purchase.

My Take
Edit after posting: Had to return it. After one day of testing, my trunk lid would NOT open, unless I use human force to push it upwards. That makes this a flawed design. It's something I could not live with. Again, spend less and get what you pay for. I was also not satisfied with the attachment to the headrests, left a gap in that area unless attached. There are other comparable designs that don't require this, for a little more $$$. I returned it.------------------------------Here's my take on this. Spend $250 for the OEM? You get what you paid for. Quality. You want something cheaper? You have to face up what you get. As for materials and quality, seems OK to me. Yes, it does make an ugly noise when you raise the trunk lid. It's NOT a deal killer, I don't open my trunk lid every hour. Is it easy to install? I didn't see any issues with the side hinges. Does it cover the trunk? Absolutely. Is there a gap on the sides? Yes a bit. I would like to see the OEM and see how much of a gap it doesn't have. Finally the flap at the end. It's like an ugly thing to have either a hanging flap, or just clip it to the rear headrests. I found that to be the most obnoxious part of it. Would I recommend it? Only if you are willing to spend less than $100 on it and not complain about the quality. If you complain about the quality, go bigger and spend $150 for better quality or the OEM one.
