Tap Cartridges for Bristan K22174B / K22174A Jute | Capri Ceramic BSP 3/4" 24 Spline

Arrived on time and well packaged. Once removed existing valves these were very easy to install and fitted exactly Jute bath/shower mixer. Brass finish but completely covered when fitted. Fixed tap drip and restored tap to feel like new again. Great quality ceramic tap valves.

Easy to install but you'll need a tap spanner of course. My handles don't need the screw in the top.The good thing about the seller is that the page where I found these had a drawing with the tap dimensions (measurements) provided which allowed me to quickly establish this part was going to fit where they are needed, so I could be quite confident when ordering them that I wasn't going to have to return them. All this vendor's pages seem to have such a drawing. Thanks for taking the time to do that, guys!The parts are good quality and at decent price (including postage). They were marked for shipping over a few days but thankfully arrived next day.

I wanted these inserts to replace ones which were leaking through the valve stem.I went on the tapmagician website and checked the relevant measurements carefully the stem depth was 25 mm so I ordered these on Amazon as they seemed suitable.When fitted they dripped slightly so I phoned tapmagician and they were very helpful.They sent me an adapter which I fitted to the inserts which added 1 mm to the depth this fixed the problem.The lady on the tapmagician helpline was very helpful so I would certainly use this company again

The worst part is working out the type you need once you manage this a doddle to fit

3/4 ceramic valves are an odd size not many places stock. Plumber came round yesterday to fit them, no more dripping tap.

Don't waste your money rubbish items. These Cartridges are very poor quality items as when fitted both taps are very stiff to turn on or off. I did investigate and when supplied they had grease on the ceramic discs so as when fitted first it is somewhat acceptable to use but the grease will very soon wash away and the tap becomes very stiff to use. As my old set of cartridges are no longer serviceable I am stuck with these for now until I buy another set to replace these rubbish TML items or consider replacing the complete mixer. Waste of £30

Arrived a day earlier than expected.Perfect fit for the existing bathroom taps and no more drips!

Fast delivery and quality product but the spline diameter is slightly smaller on these new ones.Need to upgrade the grub screw and use some tape to get it to fit tightly.Shame it’s spline shaft is slightly smaller then original version.......
