Just what I've been looking for...hard to find a low watt outdoor flood light bulb...this does the job and then some... dim when I want to chill .......bright when I let the dog out.....perfect!!!......update....purchase April 17th.....stopped working Sept. 22nd... 5 months!!!!!! really....return and product support both expired!!!!! manufacture wants orig. box and papers for warranty....who keeps that after 2-3 months? Update......contact customer support through Amazon and they responded right away.....they had no problem with helping me out...they sent me out a new unit at no cost to me...they also kept in touch with me (via email) until I received the dimmer..GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT! Will not hesitate to purchase from them again...Great job guys!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I bought the dimmer for my new backyard lights. I only use the 25, 50, 70 and 100 percents to set the mood and the timer. The mode settings would be good for Christmas lights. There are a lot of options there. I love the timer. Just press the number of hours you want the lights on and it turns them off automatically. So I never leave them on too long by accident.

My video shows how the switch can be used to control the lights to create bright or soft lighting. There are also 8 different blinking modes to create a fun atmosphere. The remote has a good range to it for my purposes. I’m going to have fun with this switch!

Gets pretty dim with my 50 bulb string of 11W incandescents.Two small negatives:- The outlet is not grounded which is odd since the other end is. I could still plug my grounded string into it though since it is pretty narrow.- If I press the 'dimmer' button past the lowest setting the lights go into flash mode which is kind of annoying.

This was very easy to hook up. It's nice to be able to dim the exterior Edison lights for different moods and activities. Make sure you know your bulb wattage and multiply by the number of bulbs to ensure that the wattage of the dimmer can handle all the bulbs.

We used this product to dim a set of bright LED lights on our screened porch. The lowest setting does a great job of providing enough light to watch outdoor movies while the brightest setting allows us to read a book - all with the press of a button. The remote works well but it does seem a little small and lightweight so hoping it doesn't break if it gets dropped.

Just installed this device to control 42 LED lights attached to a pergola. Since temperatures can get between 115F and 120F in the summer, the device was located in a junction box with the antennae extending out of the box.
