Great seller
My first ordered charger died after a couple of months but the seller rectified this problem and all is well. Excellent level of service as we all appreciate sometimes goods are faulty.

Great product lasted two years
Great for its price, bought it January 27, 2020 and had to fixed the cable breaking at the John (like they all do) with electrical tape which gave it probably another few months/year approx. Will buy again.

Unreliable
The media could not be loaded. Used to be fine. Hasn’t left the house as lives in office and has started doing this after I only bought it beginning of December. It doesn’t matter where I plug it into. Sometimes it works fine and others it has a hissy fit :(

Main box gets hot quickly but other than that working like original so far… 1 use.

Not worth it
It hasn’t been long since I bought it and it’s already having problems charging you have to move the wire a lot for it to actually charge so not happy with this. Definitely want to return this

Does the job for now
I bought one of these as a backup to use at home. My company issued me with a MS original charger for use with a works Surface Pro. I did not wish to pay MS prices for an original so bought this one which had good reviews. It does the job of charging the Surface Pro with no issues at all e.g. it does not get hot and looks well made . I cannot really tell the difference as it looks and feels like the original which may be a problem in the future. The MS original charger has bad reviews due to reliability issues due to some failing after 12 months. The issue appears to be around the special connector that you plug in to the Surface Pro. Perhaps in hindsight a better design of plug that still fitted the Surface Pro may have proved to be more reliable in the long run for this non MS charger. Time will tell hence Sturdiness rated at 3* for the moment.

Better than original?
It is slightly larger than original Microsoft product but works exactly the same. Hopefully life will be longer than original.
