Immediately after receiving the phone, I unboxed and proceeded to set up. Got it set up and transferred all Google saved from last device. HUGE MISTAKE! Didn't learn that until later. I then placed on charge until it was at 100%. Once fully charged, I began to use it. IMMEDIATELY I had a problem. Despite screen display setting for shutoff being set at 30 minutes minutes, it shut off at exactly 15 seconds. 15 SECONDS. No matter what I was doing. Unless, I was touching the screen or video playing, this thing was useless! I searched to see if others had this problem online. And sure enough! Lots! Called tracphone to fix, they wanted new to exchange and wait 3 weeks for a new one??? Called Amazon and they replaced it in 2 days. Thank you, thank you! When setting up, based on my research of the problem (because the replaced phone had the same problem), DO NOT SYNC WITH LAST DEVICE. Do not transfer old device Google account to new one. I had to factory reset the replacement and and go in after set up to add my Google. I went through that, because I do like the phone. It has gobs of storage capability, its sleek and very easy and nice to use when working properly. Takes amazing photos and video. I purchased to use as a wifi device only. So I can't review on phone e service. After that initial problem, everything is nice and smooth and working great. Overall, it was a headache and hassle for a few days. But, I'm really happy with device now that the issue is fixed.

I purchased three of these phones due to Tracfone informing me that our phones would no longer work within their service parameters. Honestly, this was simply to take away our triple minutes deal, but they think they are too smart for us to realize that. So, I replaced our phones with these Samsung J3 Orbits. I have to say, I am pretty beyond thrilled thus far. Not only was the usual nightmare set-up an absolute breeze, but these phones are really great. The battery life is terrific, the camera is amazing, the sound is crystal clear and you can easily remove pre-installed bloatware. But you don't even really have to worry about that because there is a lot of memory on this guy. It's a nice, large screen and very clear. I can usually find something to complain about, but honestly, thru far I don't have a negative thing to say about this phone. All three of them are working great. Five star review, highly recommended.

I bought this phone for my dumb-phone using husband (he prefers the old dumb mobile phones that are harder to find). He barely uses this phone for anything but the occasional phone call or text w/family. He doesn't use it to access the internet. He doesn't use any apps on it. But it won't hold a full charge throughout the day. I've got a three year old Samsung Galaxy phone that I use way more with many more apps that lasts longer this his phone battery dies. I've made every effort at battery conservation on his phone too and to no effect. So if you're looking for long battery life, find something else.

I'm replacing a 3 plus year old model for the only reason that my camera lens was scratched from years of in & out of my pocket. Bonus was this phone had twice the storage capacity of my older phone. I use this phone and features continuously throughout the day with no problem and only one daily charging. Why people spend many hundreds of dollars on phones I have no idea....then again I don't want to know. I'm completely satisfied with this phone.

I love this phone! It only took a minute to set up. I got this to replace an Alcatel and I am very pleased. It has a decent amount of storage which can be expanded with an sd card. I have not had any problems with dropping calls, or crashing while running apps. I guess there are other phones on the market that have better battery life. But this one is really good for the price and it charges quickly. The battery does not drain super quick like my old phone. I charge it at night and I am good to go for about a day, or day and a half. I highly recommend it!

Este terminal es perfecto para el uso diario y cosas básicas, pero tiene un gran inconveniente lo cual es que esta bloqueado para todos los países excepto para Estados Unidos ya que sólo lee tarjetas SIM de ese país. Si sólo usaras el teléfono de modo hogareño y no lo sacaras en lugares que no tengan sitios wifi lo recomiendo.

El título dice Moto e4 sin embargo recibí un samsung j3 orbit.El celular viene bloqueado y si lo liberan sólo piede usarse en redes cdma(en México sólo hay gsm).Lo utilizo como celular secundario para revisar mi correo, ver vídeos en youtube. El rendimiento es excelente.Tiene 8 núcleos y 2Gb de RAM.

Le pongo 4 estrellas porque en general esta bien, pero la descripción está mal ya que indica que es un moto e5, y en realidad es un samsung j3 orbit repito, no es mal equipo pero no es el de la descripción.
