Excellent product for a true rider
Was looking for good navigation device for my bike rides, hooking up cellphone was okay but overheating, distractions and exposure to harsh weather conditions were things of worry for me. Had been eyeing this product since its introduction in IBW 2017 event. Finally made purchase through Amazon and have used this for very short rides till date. Below is my short term feedback:Pros:1. Build quality of the Display Module (DM) is excellent. Is neat, compact and robust. Packing was awesome. Amazon delivery was as usual great.2. Mobile application is decent one, pairing with DM is damn easy and User Interface is intuitive.3. DM mount is excellent, rubber shims are provided for varied handlebar sizes so it can also be used on clip-ons and thick handlebars4. DM fits nicely on the mount, visibility of DM during daytime and nighttime is very good. Shows necessary information that is required.5. Lastly, customer support is excellent. Initially I had many queries for app and DM usage, which were attended and resolved by MaximusPro customer care team in a nice manner.Cons:1. Mobile application can be improved further, currently to start and stop the ride one needs to have internet connectivity on. Once ride is started in the app, internet connection can be turned off. Navigation is then done only using Bluetooth connectivity and Location service of your phone thereby leaving your phone to be used as phone only and not as navigation device.

Too costly for a paperweight ..
They say a lot of good things at the product details, and managed to get some good reviews at Amazon and Youtube (don't know how).However the reality I faced after buying this is I am not able to use the map provided in their Mobile app, a quick info. for others, without the mobile app, you can't control the device, as this is not an independent GPS device. Just a little red dot at their mobile app screen is not at all useful for me.I have attached the screenshot to show how does it look in my phone.On 28th March, I contacted their cust. care using WhatsApp and got a response that they have an issue with Google API. Surprisingly there's no timeline for the fix, and it has been 3 and half days I am waiting for the same.Seller does not entertain a refund, and I am not sure what I will do with this useless little piece, bought with a price of 6500.00.I feel disappointed and cheated, so suggest others to get a cheap mobile and a mobile holder. You can still save thousand rupees, rather buying a Rs 6500.00 paperweight.

The Ultimate Tracking Device
I am sure all of us who are into biking have used and tried some or the other navigation mechanism. I initially bought a RAM mount for my vehicle which works perfect but having my iphone attached to handle bar i was not really sure. This small product does perfectly what it is advertised for and comes at a very reasonable price as well.Highly recommended for short and long commutes.

A swiss knife for every touring biker
When I first saw the device, the size and structure of the device appealed to me. At that point though I believed it to be a standalone GPS device. This uses the GPS positioning and navigation from the phone. but even with that this nifty little device has over the last 8 months of usage given me some amazing experiences.* The new firmware has some nifty announcements - suggested speed for turns etc (which I saw earlier in Sygic - but very well implemented here)The device has a fabulous battery life and the most amazing part is the responsive customer care team - they actually went all the way to resolve the tiniest of issues I had faced with the device..Keep up the fab show guys!!PS : I was to buy from amazon - but I needed the product on the same day and it was not available on a one day delivery - hence I contacted the company directly and they actually sent someone with the product to be delivered - that is exemplary!

Good Product, Great Customer Service!
So I purchased a Maximus Pro from Amazon and took a trip from Pune (Maharashtra) down to Udaipur (Rajasthan). Half way down the road for some reason the display stopped responding. I tried to click on the device a few times, I also tried to connect it to a charger but nothing worked out, I lost hope and continued my Ride. I was in Udaipur (Rajasthan), attending a Motorcycle Event, I can say to my Goodluck, or the blessing of the man upstairs, at one of the Outlets at the same Event, I found Tech Support from Maximum Pro. The Gentleman at the Counter was Humble and obvious to the full knowledge of the Product. He Inspected my Device and Confirmed a technical problem and promised that the problem will be resolved as soon as I reach Pune. The day after I arrived the Gentleman from Maximum Pro Tech Support, personally came down to see me as he had to take back the device to their Facility for further investigation. Within a days time they confirmed a Hardware failure, and assured me with a 100% replacement of the product. A day later the Tech Support Gentleman came down again to see me and this time he had a Brand New Box Pack Maximus Pro, that I myself unpacked and pulled out the Brand New device as my replacement.What an Experience. Unbelievable' But True!Maximum Pro Tech Support you guys are Amazing!Keep Up the Good Work!And I'll See You on the Road!
